Great location!

TerryDon’s property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Tulsa. It’s close proximity to Expo Square made it ideal for dinner and relaxation after daily events.

Stayed here for the CCR concert . Great location and not on a busy street. Neighborhood was nice, house was clean , easy and convenient entry .

Perfect for the Expo!!

10☆'S ABSOLUTELY

House had been completely remodeled and owners put a lot of thought plus details into it!! House has everything you need plus more! Pots & pans were absolutely the best I've ever seen in a rental! Owners spared no expense on appliances and furnishings. House was very clean with plenty of towels. Jerry Don was there to answer any questions and help if needed! Located close to everything you need! Check in/Checkout was easy. A friend of mine who stayed with us is a real estate agent back home and she said, " that's the best remodeling she's seen in a long time!!" I would definitely recommend this home and if it's available next year and we make the trip I'll definitely be choosing this rental!! Thank you for your kindness and a wonderful stay!!

Great host. Easy check in. Close to Expo Square. Great if you are attending a horse show. Plenty of room to park a truck.

Fantastic place and location!

The house was up to date. A great location, nice with places to park 3 vehicles if necessary without blocking each other in! The bathroom space for each bedroom is amazing. Can run multiple showers at the same time without running out of hot water. We enjoyed this place a lot.

Well Appointed and Roomy!

Our stay was great! The host even left towels out to clean our motorcycles—this was very thoughtful and unexpected. One bath was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, but the host arranged for cleaning on day two of our stay. Following the re-cleaning, we still had to clean a mold spot from shower curtain—as not to stir our allergies. Also, the same bath had no vent; so steam from shower set off smoke alarm in adjacent bedroom. Subsequent nights we opened window to air out bath to avert previous incident. Most importantly, the interior was well appointed and the property centrally located to retail, restaurants, and entertainment. As for exterior, the property is neat, secure, and organized; though there is a hole forming on side of back roof access above one of the guest rooms. We definitely plan to rebook for next year and possibly explore one of the host other properties. Thanks for everything!

Just what we needed!

We were in town for the Bassmaster Classic and needed a large driveway for our son's boat, but were really surprised to find a completely renovated home on the inside that was just like brand new! Everything was perfect and TerryDon was completely accessible and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
