While at Escondido 2355, enjoy wonderful Sunsets and Sunrises off the Red Rocks at this newly built home in the rural area outside of Washington City. This beautiful home is only a few miles from I-15, so you can experience all Southern Utah has to offer within a short drive! Soak up some sun at Sand Hollow Reservoir, Hike the amazing trails at Zion National Park, or explore the nearby mountains searching for petroglyphs and fossils. If you want to spend the day indoors, challenge each other to a game on the Nintendo Switch or play a few rounds of Shuffleboard. You won't find another place as amazing as this one!

This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home, can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. When you do muster the energy to start your day, a fully equipped kitchen awaits and provides the opportunity to cook a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you decide you'd like to barbecue, there is a grill on the back patio for you to use. This home is packed with amenities to entertain everyone! Hang out in the temperature-controlled garage equipped with a 75" TV and scooters. Watch a movie on one or all of the 8 Smart TVs included in this home. This home is perfect for little ones! It comes fully equipped with a Highchair, Port-a-crib, and a step stool. The kids will love sleeping in the bunk room with 6 double beds. Charge your electric car right in the garage with the EV charger.

Super clean, fun neighborhood. Kids loved the pool. I think we counted 9 big tvs inside which was really cool. We all really loved it

The rec center was great. The house is great. No yard no grass. Easy to get down town from the house.

Six of us stayed for three nights. It felt like “Cloud 9”! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the house was very clean, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay away from home, feel like home. We could have easily had six or more with us! Great safe neighborhood with a beautiful swimming pool, next time we'll bring the grandchildren. We traveled each day to the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion National Parks, so we didn't have enough time to take advantage of the swimming pool and Golf, but next time for sure.
