The home was recently redesigned to feature an open European style kitchen, family room & dining area. The soaring ceilings deliver the style & sophistication of open space to be entertained in your vacation rental! The open floorplan features spaces to relax, including a cozy area off of the kitchen to read. Nearby, you will find yourself in a dream kitchen that opens to the living area. Not wanting to cook? How about a game of pool? Check, check!! A pool table is featured on the first floor as well! The first floor also boasts a modern Master suite adorned with barn doors & a generous walk-in closet. Soak your stresses away in a freestanding bathtub, or refresh yourself in the custom shower! Stunning custom railing paired with warm wood flooring leads up to the second floor. The second floor has an extra-large modern bath in addition to two additional bedrooms and the open loft area (with patio.) Upstairs Den/Loft Style overlooks the main living area perfect for working from "home" & leads out to a private balcony...which has incredible MOUNTAIN VIEWS! This home has a heated spool (smaller sized pool/spa combo), fire pit, outdoor seating, dining area, and grill!
This vacation home is located in prime North Scottsdale Mountain community with DC Ranch Village Health Club nearby!
Casago House Rules
** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare. ~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.

Lovely vacation home
We had a lovely stay of just over 2 months. Very central location and because we were accessing the Mayo clinic the drive was 11 minutes. The backyard though small was perfect for us Amenities we’re good and the kitchen very well equipped.

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood
The house was very beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. It has a lovely view and was large enough to accommodate the whole family. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Sleep number beds were a wonderful and welcome surprise. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful
This property is amazing! So much room and everyone had their bedroom. The backyard is an oasis in itself! It wasn’t to bad of a drive to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. One suggestion is to go to Dominic’s Steakhouse. This was the greatest dining experience of mine and my families life! It is a little pricey but so worth it! Overall I wish I could live here lol

Great place to stay
This was a great property. It had everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen. The back yard was great. Great internet and electronics. Spectacular view from the upper deck.
