The Surf House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale- 2 Queen beds, free wifi, parking for up to 2 cars, private neighborhood dock access, sleeps 4 in beds. It is a place best discovered by travelers who decide to visit. Its sunshine-flooded rooms, vintage terrazzo flooring, and Florida-inspired decor make it an ideal escape from reality.

Guests have access to the entire home. However, there is a locked owner closet in the common area. This is strictly off-limits and guests are not allowed access.

IMPORTANT: Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance with the following: -Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. -Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes. -No on-street parking/ 2 car maximum -Absolutely no so smoking inside -No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy

My family had a great 2 night stay at this property. The host communicated with us well and the check in/out process was very easy. It is extremely close to dining and the beaches. We felt very safe staying here. Overall a great experienc!
