Feel right at home while you enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Birch Bay in this new 2021 built home. There are three stories with decks featuring views of the bay and San Juan Islands. Whether it’s a sunny day on the beach with your family and friends or you're reading a book next to the fireplace, this is where you’ll want to be. You’re just steps from Cottonwood Beach access and close to the new berm pedestrian trail which leads to the local restaurants. Your home away from home.
The space
Though Birch Bay is a hidden gem when the sun is shining, we added details to the home to ensure there is plenty to do on a stormy PNW day. There is a large down couch that pairs well with the 110" projector screen and board games galore.

You will be a short drive to Semiahmoo, Blaine and the Canadian border. Take a longer, but more scenic trip to Mt. Baker or to Bellingham and cruise down Chuckanut Drive.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time! Great house and location. Loved the views from all the decks and watching movies on the projector was fun! Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean and the house was well-equipped. Highly recommend!!!

The property was beautiful! We felt right at home. The house was decorated beautifully and they had thought of everything. Loved having extra towels etc

Great for a family group

Very comfortable and clean house for 5 adults. Well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The second living space on the third floor was a very pleasant surprise! Fantastic view of the water!

We rented this lovely home for a girls’ weekend, six in our party. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us with ease, a big table for playing cards, comfy couches, appealing decor. All six of us were quite pleased with this home!!

We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Spending time with our kids and grandkids under one roof was priceless. The layout of the house was wonderful for a large group. We may just make this the yearly getaway. Anna was always quick to reply to my questions. We were very satisfied with the home.

Amazing Fall get-away

We were 2 couples. Wonderfully clean. Beds and linens very comfortable. Beautiful storm watching decks with a fun TV projection room. Well stocked kitchen in this newer home. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Amazing 4th of July Show!

This home was absolutely adorable and so well equipped! We stayed for the 4th of July and through the weekend and not only did we have the best view on the deck for the entire show, we were just right across the way from the beach and we enjoyed it fully! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Anna and her husband were so great and responsive! Thank you Anna for a great stay, We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Home

The Baywatch is a beautiful home with walking distance to the beach. Very clean and stocked well. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer is the air conditioning is only on the first floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. It was hot weather for our stay so that was a little uncomfortable but overall it was manageable. Anna was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive.

Everything about the property is awesome

Great stay in Birch Bay

This house has a great setup and location for families visiting Birch Bay. We enjoyed the amenities, like the stocked kitchen and cozy movie viewing space, along with the beautiful views and close proximity to the beach. Appreciate that Anna was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway!!

Overall, I stay was amazing!! Starting from the smooth check-in, to checking out and communication with the owner Anna after. All three levels had a great view of the bay, beautiful!! The house well equipped with all the items needed for a little vacation. Told Anna would totally come back and bring some friends!!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful and extremely clean home in a very convenient to the beach location. Loved the beach toys, board and card games, gas fireplace and the movie theater TV set up. We look forward to staying here again!

AMAZING!!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect! Anything you need it was there! And Anna was amazing and answered all my questions and was so helpful! The view!!! Better than advertised

Somehow the pictures don’t do the house justice. The views are fantastic especially from the top deck. The beds were very comfortable, everyone was pleasantly surprised when they came in. Great house, awesome sunsets.
