Important Note: The king size bed is only accessible via the staircase. Also, there are a couple small steps up to the front porch to access the front door. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay.

Other details to note:

1) Parties and events are not allowed.
2) Out of respect for neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
3) Pets are not allowed!
4) Parking area can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the paved roadway or curbside.
5) Power outages are possible and out of our control. Additionally, during the summer months, burn bans may be in effect, which may limit the use of the firepit.
