Newly renovated condo with a beautiful peek-a-boo view of the lake! This centrally located condo is within walking distance from the London Bridge, Rotary Park, and the golf course. Our condo sleeps four and offers two queen beds (1 queen bed and 1 memory foam mattress.) Additional features include TV(streaming-based only), free WiFi, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, and more! The condo community has a pool, spa, picnic area, tennis/volleyball court, and grilling area. Free boat and guest parking available.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, had a small outdoor patio & had everything we needed! The hosts communication was great, location was wonderful & close to lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was our favorite part as it is within walking distance to Rotary Park, London Bridge, and many restaurants. The pool and hot tub are practically right out the door.

We had a great stay. The property is located only a block away from a local park that has multiple playgrounds and beach access. It’s also within walking distance of multiple restaurants. My girls (ages 6 and 8) loved the pool and hot tub too. The property was clean and had everything we needed to use the kitchen, which is usually important factor for us with food allergies in the family. If you have a gluten allergy, go to Dolce only a block away- real Italian food and almost anything on the menu can be made gluten free. Delicious! We would stay here again.

Great property!

The property was very clean and neat great location! It was very close to the lake and near restaurants that were all walkable. The owners were very responsive to our questions and very helpful. We will definitely use this property again when we hit Arizona.

Convenient & well- equipped

Very nice apartment, & well equipped! Great location close to parks, London Bridge, stores & restaurants. We also enjoyed using the spa/hot tub. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day Weekend

Clean and good location - not right on the water but close enough and easy to walk everywhere. Dedicated, covered parking spot right in front of the unit. If you have more than 2 people, it’s probably too small, but was great for my husband and I for a long weekend.

Ice maker did not work, not enough room in closet for our clothes & hot tub jets by pool did not function.

We addressed that issue immediately with our HOA when you first told us about it, and it has been taken care of. We are working to open up the closet for more space. Thank you for staying with us!

Very updated with a great location.

My husband and I stayed for 17 days. The condo is as pictured. Very nicely updated. Communication and check in were good. The location is hard to beat and the pool area is nice. You can walk to Rotary Park and the bridge. I communicated a couple of small maintenance issues to Ashley and I am sure they will be looked into. In my opinion this condo is too small for 6 but nice for 2 or 3 if someone slept on the couch. I think that it would be difficult to maneuver around mattress on the floor and all the extra bedding uses up a fair amount of closet space. But that is just me. There were a decent amount of items provided. The only things I would possibly add would be beach towels for the pool and more kitchen linens. There was only one dish rag and one hand towel. No towel to dry dishes with. Definitely not a big deal but we did have to go buy some to use for our stay. Overall this is a great place and I would recommend it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
