Fernie Alpine Resortâs newest and most exclusive location at Timber Landing. Open your door and discover the Timber Chairlift is less than a 250 metres away. The Timber House features unparalleled views and a gorgeous private deck. Pamper yourself and your group as you will truly love this location and all of the amenities.
This is a 2 Bedroom lock off unit and part of a 5 Bedroom luxury property at Fernie Alpine Resort. A few high lighted amenities include: Fibre Optic High Speed Internet, Roku Smart TV, Remote Controlled Blackout Blinds and a deck just off of the living room. You'll have access to half of the driveway that fits 2 cars. Garage Access for Summer/Winter Gear.
There is also a 3 bedroom unit on the left hand side. 2 Bedroom access is on the right hand side. Access to the first patio on the right-hand side lower level. Upper and left-hand side patio is for the 3 bedroom side.
All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 4 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 2 parking spots on the shared driveway and no street parking allowed. R.D.E.K.
