Freshly remodeled in 2021! This home is conveniently located between beautiful downtown Holland and Lake Michigan. Very fast fiber optic internet! latest speed test showed 398 Mbps. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and the house is sparkling clean, what are you waiting for? Everything you will need is within biking distance including downtown, local restaurants and a locally owned grocery store. My family enjoyed being able to relax and visit and explore Holland on their own while waiting for our loved one to join our family to his fiancés. The location was quiet and easy to reach places we wanted to explore.

Cute little house in a great location. Actually quite a spacious property. A grill with propane was provided, which was excellent. The AC was working but not super effective - it got hot. The grass/lawn was pretty overgrown. We loved the map at the entryway to see where all the visitors have come from.

King Julian is a great host! there was a missing roku stick/cord, so we took the one from the living room for the bedroom. Other than that very comfortable and clean!!

Adorable Place

We had a great experience in this adorable house. My son had a dive meet at the Holland Aquatic center and it was a perfect location, only one mile away! It was so cozy and clean. We would love to stay here again someday.

Graduation weekend

This location was perfect for our entire family to stay and centrally located to the events we were attending in town. The home was accurately described and had everything we needed to relax, make meals and enjoy our time together. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great weekend base

This was our first experience with a VRBO and our impression was very positive. We were in town for a hockey tournament. This property's location worked out well. The house was comfortable, and most important, the number of beds suited our needs. I'd stay here again.

Tulip Time 🌷

We were pleased to be so centrally located to many of the tulip time attractions. The house was a good fit for our family of 8. We also enjoyed the playground and basketball court walking distance away.

The Perfect Stay for a Wedding Weekend Nearby

Julian was extremely quick in replying to any questions and was completely understanding! The Vrbo had everything we needed for the bathroom and kitchen, and even supplied us with firewood for a fire one night. About a 5-10 min drive to downtown Holland, was perfect for 8 of us for the weekend!

Very clean and great for big families!

Overall our stay was good, the property was very clean and updated, close to downtown and softball fields. The double bunk beds were great to give kids their own bed. However, the air conditioning is very unreliable and ran extremely loud, we were visiting in mid July so it was uncomfortable.
