Located just two miles from Downtown Saugatuck, this long established resort is adjacent to 26 acre inland Goshorn Lake, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and water sports. The clear water and private sandy beach create a perfect spot for swimming, lounging and enjoying the picturesque setting. Volleyball court, shuffleboard and horseshoes provide opportunities for friendly competition. Kids will love the play areas, jungle gym and sandboxes. Best of all is the temperature controlled inground pool centrally located and connected to a covered pavilion with picnic tables. Please note that the pool is open seasonally.

After a long day enjoying the sun and sand, gather everyone for a barbeque back at your cottage's screened porch or patio. Take advantage of the shared firepit located at the beach and relax while enjoying a famous Michigan sunset and easy conversation.

INSIDE THE HOME
Cottage #8 features two bedrooms and one full bath. All main floor there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with one full size bed and twin bunkbed. Living room has a TV, seating area and table for 4 and screened in porch provides additional dining space. A fully equipped kitchen completes the interior.

There is space for three vehicles.

Venture out and explore nearby Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville. Centered in the West Michigan's Art Coast you will find an endless variety of shopping, dining, galleries and entertainment. Enjoy the local farm to table restaurants, wineries, breweries and cider makers.

Nearby Oval Beach is just a 10 minute drive and was named one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S. The beautiful white sandy shoreline and surrounding dunes are a true treasure. Treat everyone to a ride at The Dune Schooner or explore the coastline on The Star of Saugatuck and view the cottages and summer homes from a different perspective.

Local art and craft fairs are abundant and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts features live performances throughout the season as well as hosting a weekly farmers market. The opportunities to enjoy all this truly unique and vibrant community has to offer are endless.

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

"We stayed at Goshorn Lake Resort in Saugatuck, MI. This is such a nice place, located in a lovely spot in the woods, and very near to downtown Saug and Douglas. The cabins are charming and come equipped with everything and I mean everything you could possibly need. Bathroom is new and updated. The cabins are very clean. Ours (#8) looked even better in person than it did online. The check-in process was smooth---the key code worked flawlessy and easily every time. Great pool with chairs, a beautiful beach on Goshorn Lake with free kayaks, a paddleboat, life jackets, oars, nice docks. Great TV, microwave, gas stove, new fridge---everything was JUST WONDERFUL about this place!!! And it is in a pretty outdoor setting with picnic table, grill, Adirondack chairs, and a wooden "porch" swing. 10 stars!!!"
