HT901 - Impressive lakefront condo!

What a view!! This is an impressive two level, four bedroom condo that will sleep up to 11 people in beds plus there is plenty of floor space if you want to bring a couple of air mattresses. This is not a good condo complex for party groups but a great complex for families and couples wanting to enjoy all the lake has to offer. This condo boasts two lakeview king bedded primary suites with private bathrooms, one on each level. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth bedroom offers a twin over double bunk bed. If that’s not enough, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level. Both levels of this condo offer amazing main channel lake views of Lake of the Ozarks and both levels have spacious screened in lakeview decks off each living room. The upper level hosts the fully stocked kitchen and adjoining dining area in addition to the formal living room. A gas grill is included with Cable TV and WiFi throughout making this the perfect lake retreat. This condo also has a 12' X 28' boat slip available for an additional charge. This complex has 2 outdoor seasonal swimming pools and tennis courts for your enjoyment. The historic Bagnell Dam Strip and Village Marina Boathouse Waterfront Restaurant are just minutes away from this condo complex as well as several of top golf courses! 4th of July weekend getaway

Wonderful property with a lot of space to be comfortable! Our group enjoyed being right on the lake and having a wonderful view. Will stay again next time we visit town!

Not a great spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking arrangements were a nightmare. The parking lot is not big enough to accommodate extra cars. Additionally, the AC on the lower level did not work for the first day.

LOTO Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! There are a few downfalls to this property but mostly it was nice. I’m getting too old to have to climb so many stairs. Especially to the pool area plus it was quite a ways from the pool. The upstairs of the condo was really nice. Three bedrooms and three bathroom. The downstairs was ok but smelled musty. There was a great view from the upstairs deck but the downstairs deck is partially blocked from overgrown trees. The location was great if you want to be by the strip.

Could have been better

First impressions - property management kept giving check in info little by little, ie. regarding check-in time, parking locations, parking passes. We found this frustrating. Secondly, the place was not that clean, ie. the bathroom counters, around faucets, and floors, carpets. My kids feet were filthy dirty the entire time. Also, there wasnt handsoap in all the bathrooms and this was a problem as well. Third, one out of the four sliding doors in the unit would not lock. When it was mentioned to property management, they apologized and said the building was settling, BUT that was just covering up for the fact that it looked like that particular door was busted open. It was in really bad shape, not just from the building settling, it looked as though there was forceful entry that damaged it. As far as the amenities, the pools were fantastic, the owner of the condo had plenty of dishware for us to use, but again very little dish soap to clean with. My family and I still had a fantastic time and that's all that really mattered.

If you would have brought these issues to our attention upon arrival we would have corrected them right away. When you called upon checkout regarding the sliding glass door we were honest with our explanation of the building settling. The lock looks like it has been tampered with due to several adjustments being made sobthe door will latch. We also contact all our guests to explain the check in and parking procedures so you have an enjoyable experience and not have issues with security at the complex regarding parking.
