Indulge in the opulence of this spacious and exquisite home that welcomes pets and offers an abundance of amenities! Homerâs Hideaway is a newly built private residence featuring 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably.
Situated in the sought-after Grand Park neighborhood, it is ideal for a large family or two families vacationing together. The owners have meticulously considered every detail to ensure your stay is pleasurable, including a welcome basket upon your arrival.
After a day filled with outdoor adventures, return to relax on the expansive and comfortable leather sectional sofa in the luxurious great room, which boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, and a 65" flat-screen TV equipped with a sound bar. Spend some leisure time by assembling a puzzle or playing a board game on the lift-top coffee table, selecting from the extensive collection of games, toys, and books available in this home. This inviting area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, new appliances, a spacious pantry, and generous dining space at the main table, with additional seating options at the large kitchen island or the adjustable game table.
The lower level of the residence also includes a guest bathroom and a laundry/mud room that connects to the heated two-car garage. In the laundry room, you will find detergent, a drying rack, laundry baskets, an iron, and an ironing board. Each bedroom and the kitchen are fitted with outlets that include charging ports, and every room is equipped with new HDTVs featuring cable and upgraded Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are supplied with all-natural products such as lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with a hair dryer and upgraded towels and bathmats. Furthermore, the house features in-floor radiant heating and is tastefully decorated with a modern mountain theme.
The primary bedroom located on the main floor offers a practical choice for guests who wish to avoid using stairs. It is equipped with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. Within the walk-in closet, you will find all necessary items, including extra pillows and blankets, baby gear such as a high chair and pack n play, as well as a dog crate with a playpen.
On the upper level, there are two more bedrooms: one contains a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other has two sets of bunk beds (Double down, Twin up). The latter bedroom has access to a third full bathroom, which can also be reached from the loft area. The loft is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, a large television, and an Xbox. Furthermore, a desk is provided in the loft, allowing guests to have a dedicated workspace with views of the Continental Divide.
The outdoor space adjacent to the spacious living room invites you to unwind in the 8-person hot tub, prepare meals for your family on the large Weber grill, roast sâmores, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or partake in a friendly game of corn hole in the backyard. All these activities can be enjoyed while taking in the breathtaking views of the meadow, surrounding mountains, stunning sunsets, and starlit nights.
Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, pet-friendly accommodations, Smart TVs with Xbox games, a private outdoor hot tub, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a high chair, and a pack-n-play crib, as well as a remote workspace and a gas fireplace. Please note that air conditioning is not available.
Guests have access to a heated two-car garage for storing equipment and keeping boots warm during winter, with additional space for gear in the warmer months. Sporting equipment is also available for vacationers, and parking is provided for up to four vehicles - two in the garage and two in the driveway.
The Grand Park area offers easy access to hiking and cross-country skiing paths, a pool and fitness facility at the Grand Park Recreation Center, transportation to the Winter Park Ski Resort and town, tubing and snowmobiling at the Colorado Adventure Park as well as shopping at Safeway supermarket and dining at various restaurants and pubs in Fraser and Winter Park. Alder Brook Trail is a charming fun cul-de-sac lined with single-family residences where both residents and tourists can be found mingling.
Guests are not allowed to smoke on the property due to homeowner rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking on or in the property will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
