With enough room to comfortably sleep 10 guests, it’s an ideal spot for a large family or two families vacationing together. Nestled in the sought-after Grand Park neighborhood, you’ll have easy access to nearby trails for hiking and cross-country skiing. The owners have truly thought of everything to ensure your stay is enjoyable, including a delightful welcome basket waiting for you upon arrival.
After a day packed with outdoor adventures, come back and relax on the generous and cozy leather sectional sofa in the luxurious great room. With its vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, and a 65" flat-screen TV complete with a sound bar, it’s the perfect place to unwind. You can also enjoy some downtime by setting up a puzzle or board game on the lift-top coffee table, with a fantastic selection of games, toys, and books available for your enjoyment.
Step outside to the inviting outdoor area right next to the spacious living room, where you can soak in the 8-person hot tub, fire up the expansive Weber grill to prepare meals for your loved ones, roast s’mores, or engage in a friendly game of corn hole in the backyard. All of this can be enjoyed while taking in the breathtaking views of the meadow, surrounding mountains, stunning sunsets, and starry nights.
This welcoming space flows into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that boasts granite countertops, new appliances, a roomy pantry, and plenty of dining space at the main table. There are also additional seating options at the large kitchen island or the adjustable game table. While pots and pans are provided, don’t forget to bring your own cooking ingredients to whip up your favorite meals!
The primary bedroom on the main floor is a great choice for guests who want to skip the stairs. It features a comfy King bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in tiled shower. You’ll also find a walk-in closet stocked with everything you might need, from extra pillows and blankets to baby gear like a high chair and pack n play, plus a dog crate with a playpen.
Head upstairs, and you’ll discover two more bedrooms. One has a cozy Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, while the other is perfect for kids with two sets of bunks (double on the bottom, twin on top). This latter room also has access to a third full bathroom, which can be reached from the loft area. Speaking of the loft, it’s a fun space with a Queen sleeper sofa, a big TV, and an Xbox for entertainment. There’s even a desk up there, providing a nice little workspace with stunning views of the Continental Divide.
Downstairs, you’ll find a guest bathroom and a laundry/mud room that connects to the heated two-car garage. The laundry room is equipped with detergent, a drying rack, laundry baskets, an iron, and an ironing board.

The unit comes with some fantastic amenities like in-floor radiant heating, a vaulted ceiling in the main living room, a BBQ grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and it’s pet-friendly! You’ll also enjoy Smart TVs with Xbox games, a private outdoor hot tub, hair dryers, an iron/ironing board, a high chair, and a pack-n-play crib. There’s a remote workspace, a gas fireplace, and a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom. Each bedroom and the kitchen has outlets with charging ports, and every room is equipped with new HDTVs featuring cable and upgraded Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are stocked with all-natural products like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with a hair dryer and upgraded towels and bathmats. The fully equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you’ll need. Plus, all linens, towels, paper products, and toiletries are provided. Just a heads up, there’s no air conditioning.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles heated garage with extra storage space for outdoor equipment. 2 additional cars may park in the driveway. Please note there is no parking allowed on the complex streets.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
