Super convenient to the trails, just steps away from the bottom of the Snubber lift!
Second floor unit with main level ski locker, shuttle access every 30 min. to the Sugarloaf village, The Rack, etc.

1100SF condo has a main bedroom with king bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom with queen bed(laundry closet), upstairs bedroom with two bunk beds and two twin beds.
Updated kitchen, expandable dining table, cozy living room with fireplace(free wood included), TV, and games
WIFI and cable TV included.

Excellent location and stay

We stayed for a week with a family of 4. Pros:1. Excellent location, right near the Snubber lift. I appreciated that it's on the 2nd floor (top floor) so that there is no one above you making noise. It was surprisingly quiet.2. Clean kitchen3. Great lighting4. Wood burning fire place with plenty of supplied wood5. Great toiletries 6. Quick communication with ownerCon:1. Main con was that since it is a condo that allows pets, we noticed quite a bit a pet fur on my clothes especially fleeces. I can imagine it's hard to keep the fabric couch and oriental rug clean of the pet fur which needed a deep clean.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would come again.

Thanks for your thoughtful review, I'm glad you had a good stay. I appreciate your comments about the pet hair, we've tried to be proactive about that and are planning to change the couches and rugs before next ski season to address this issue.

Nice place

Place was nice, TV’s in master bedroom and upstairs did not work our entire stay. It is ~kind of~ ski-in, ski-out, you do have to hike your skis and equipment over to the lift and the parking lot/path to the lift was not kept up at all- several of us fell on the ice/through the ice into water on the way over there. Make SURE the lift is open when you are coming to stay, it was not made clear to us that the lift wasn’t open, and it didn’t open until our 3rd day so we had to drive up to the lodge and hike our equipment up about 3-4 flights of stairs up and back down to the car.

Emilie, I’m very sorry your stay was unsatisfactory. I’d like to respond to your comments, as much of what you found troublesome was out of our control. I wish I had know that the TVs weren’t working for you and were so important to your stay. We could have had that fixed fairly quickly and easily, and were taken care of today. Regarding the ski-in-ski-out comment, this condo is as close to the lift as any on the mountain, closer than most. I am assuming that much of your skiing troubles came from the intense storm we experienced during your stay, and the lack of help the mountain is struggling with to keep up with storm related maintenance. When the Snubber lift is running(as it usually is throughout the season) there is little effort required to get on the slopes, and virtually none to ski off and to the condo’s ski locker. When Snubber isn’t an option, the shuttle 50 yards away from our door is a very good option to easily get up to the Village and lifts, and back home. I had posted the shuttle information on the fridge, I’m sorry that option didn’t work out for you as it’s much easier than driving, parking, and walking.

Great location

The location is very close and convenient to the snubber lift. It’s one of the very closest condos to the bottom of that lift - just steps from the ski locker to a short path. Definitely true ski in/ski out. There was plenty of storage for ski gear. And it was very nice to come back to the condo for lunch. The condo is big. Would be great for a large group. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (it’s a 2nd floor unit, but first floor of the condo), one with a comfortable king size bed and one with a full/double bed and 6 twins on the 2nd floor (2 sets of bunks and 2 regular twins). There are 2 full bathrooms as well. The kitchen is quite large for a ski condo and it had every kitchen tool and small appliance you could need. There were even extras like tin foil and sugar for coffee. Parking was easy.

Great location for skiing

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The set up was perfect for our group of 4 teens and 2 adults. Good location right next to Snowbrook lift. The condo is clean and simple. No extras like tissues or bath soap but that's not a big deal. We would stay here again.
