My name is Jessica, and I am the owner of BP Legacy Properties LLC, a company founded to carry out a vision shared with my late husband. Together, we had planned to enter the world of real estate investment following his retirement from a distinguished career in law enforcement. Though he passed before we could begin, I established this company to honor his memory and build a lasting legacy for our son.

Professionally, I work as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, where I’ve developed a deep appreciation for attention to detail, clear communication, and creating safe, supportive environments—all of which I bring into my approach as a host. Throughout nursing school, I spent many years in the hospitality industry, working as a server, bartender, and event planner. These experiences shaped my understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service, create welcoming spaces, and anticipate guests' needs - skills I now apply to managing our property.

As a mother to a very active young son, we spend much of our time enjoying the outdoors—particularly skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and ice fishing in the winter, and lake life in the summer. These experiences have shaped my commitment to offering vacation properties that are not only luxurious and well-appointed, but also family-friendly and welcoming to those looking to enjoy meaningful time together in beautiful surroundings.

The condo is stocked with kids’ games, toys, books, a high chair, a potty seat, a stool and a pack-and-play with an upgraded mattress and sheets. Other thoughtful touches include in-unit laundry, a dining table for six, three kitchen island bar stools and a main bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity. Both bathrooms are equipped with custom toiletries.
