Casa Amor, Private Home, Pool, Walk to Beach, Bikes!

Casa Amor is a beautiful modern & completely private home with an open floor plan. Three bedroom, two bath home with spacious living areas. All glass doors give you a private oasis experience whether you are enjoying the pool and the soothing waterfall in the courtyard or are enjoying the view from the A/C indoors. All rooms have a view of the pool and courtyard area, except the bathrooms and laundry room. Casa Amor has a Laundry, BBQ, and outdoor shower areas. Upstairs is a large seating area with mountain views of the Gigantes Mountains. Casa Amor is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the plaza in the center of town. Bikes, snorkel gear and yoga mats are available for your use. If you take the bike’s, you can get all around town with in 7 minutes. Close to everything, but just far enough for peach and quiet!

Excelente!

Kim is definitely a super host and goes above and beyond for her guests. It was so nice having the house stocked with all the everyday essentials. The bikes were an added bonus and we used them everyday to explore all of the sites around Loreto. I would highly recommend Casa Amor, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful home and host

Casa Amor was everything we expected and more. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for a vacation home. Everything from welcoming drinks to beach chairs and umbrellas. The location is easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. So many good things but the host was the best. Kim was very helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend Casa Amor for your next visit to Loreto

A wonderful get-together in Loreto

This was the perfect place for us to spend some time with another couple who are close friends but live on the opposite side of the U.S. We all enjoyed Loreto and were very happy to have beautiful Casa Amore to call "home" for a few days. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed cooking together plus watching movies and I especially loved the warm pool! Kim was so great to have as our host--besides providing everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would all love to come back again!

Paradise

Loreto is a beautiful place and this property is wonderful.The pool is a definite bonus.Its very tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a rooftop for evening cocktails or morning coffee.Proximity to the plaza is good and we didn't rent a car so made use of the bikes and the taxis and that worked out great.The host is very helpful and always available. Will definitely rent here again

Oasis in Loreto

Casa Amor was incredible. So comfortable, had every amenity needed and wanted. The house was immaculately clean, we loved the games available, the pool was fabulous and the beach gear available. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Only notes for future guests - the pillows are plush if you’re into a not so plush pillow grab them off the bunk beds and the floor is extremely slippery when went but there were more than enough towels provided to prevented accidents! Will definitely stay here again when staying in Loreto!

Thanks Mallory for letting me know about the pillows, they are brand new. May need time to soften up. I take things seriously and correct what I can to make everyone happy. So I just got more new pillows that are softer, not so fluffy. Gracias :)

By Far The Best VRBO Experience Ever! 10+++

Kim is not a Super Host...She is a Super Nova! 10+++ We were so taken care of and the property was fabulous! Everything we could possibly want in the kitchen! Plus she stocked the fridge with coke, beer, wine, and water. All we had to do was buy our personal groceries. Fully stocked everything from towels to beach toys to bikes. Kim went ABOVE AND BEYOND and we felt like we were part of her family. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely, peaceful, and well stocked

My husband and I have rented properties all over the world and this was probably the best organized and well stocked property that we have stayed at. Kim’s book detailing restaurants, tour companies and Loreto was amazing. The property was well stocked with snorkel gear, beach chairs, floats, beach bag, etc. I truly feel every detail was well thought out and it made our stay easy and relaxing. The house is an easy walk to the malecon, beach, and central restaurants but just enough away from noisy bars. The pool was great to come back to in the afternoon. Kim was also very responsive when we had a problem with the internet and took care of it. She was also so great with communication. Definitely a great place to relax and recharge. It had everything we needed.

Michelle and her guest were so nice! The cable at the street was fried for the internet, but we got it repaired. Michelle and her guests were so calm and kind. They left Casa Amor in perfect condition and communication was top notch. I would highly recommend Michelle for any rental in their future and I hope they come back to Casa Amor and Loreto again!!!

Perfectly Private, yet Connected to Amenities

Casa Amor was exactly as advertised, only better! Kim was an incredible host, so attentive yet non-intrusive. She delivered water, a spice collection, garbage bags, and even talked us through the TV remote! The privacy, the pool, the bikes, yoga mat, barbecue, roof deck and snorkel gear - all were so welcome! AND it wasn't as far from the Plaza and shopping as we had thought. We're older (75+) yet did not need to rent a car. We were delighted with how much we walked and how enjoyable it was. We loved walking to the Historic Plaza, stores, and restaurants! Easy to walk to snorkel tours departing from the Malecón. And everywhere we went we connected with friendly locals who appreciated our attempts to speak Spanish. Thanks to Kim, Casa Amor gave us an absolutely great holiday!

Wonderful all the way around

We loved our stay at Casa Amor. Our host Kim was phenomenal with kind and clear communication, and is the fastest draw in town with responsiveness. She was gracious and generous in helping me navigate a few needs around my stay. The home was perfect for us. It is immaculate, private, appointed with all sorts of extras (to name a few... swim gear... snorkels, etc; bikes; tons of ice; and a cooler to bring cold drinks out, as we did on a boat tour). We loved having the interior courtyard with pool to just luxuriate when exhausted after our tours earlier in the day. I had been concerned that I may have preferred a place closer to the town center, but we walked to and from the town center every day, and it's an easy 10 minutes... which is desirable after a big meal or a few drinks. So, the location was perfectly suitable. 100% I would stay again if returning to Loreto, and will be referring any friends interested in a visit.

Casa Amor was perfect for our fishing trip!

Three of us stayed very comfortably at Casa Amor for a 6-day fishing trip. The casa is exceptionally clean, nicely updated, has an extremely well-equipped kitchen, plenty of pool and beach gear, bikes to ride into the Plaza or shoreline, and a fantastic pool! There is filtered water in the kitchen, which we drank with no problems. The AC works beautifully. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is about a 6-minute easy bike ride to the Plaza with many great restaurants and shops. Every morning, we walked 2 blocks to the beach where our guide picked us up for fishing. It was so easy! Kim is an absolutely fantastic host. She is attentive and responsive. Kim supplies a local guidebook that she created, which was very useful for contacting restaurants and taxis. It is about a 10 minute cab ride to the airport (450 pesos). We did one cab ride to get groceries, but all other grocery shopping we did on the bikes. I'm not sure if I will have the pleasure of fishing Loreto again, but I hope so. We will definitely try to stay at Casa Amor again! Thanks so much, Kim!

Dive Trip to Loreto

My wife and I traveled to Loreto with another couple for a dive trip. Kim is the best host I've ever worked with. We had some snags with the airline and Kim really took all of the work out of the logistics regarding our housing. We all decided that we will be staying here again for our next excursion. Thank you, Kim!

Lovely Home

Casa Amor is a great choice for your trip to Loreto. It is clean, comfortable and I loved the location. Far enough from the Malecon to have quiet, peaceful evenings but a short bike ride to town. Looking forward to going back soon!

John and I retired in 2015 and have been living in Loreto full time. We came down to visit friends for a week in 2010 and on the fourth day we purchased our property where we live now. We came down every two to three months on short trips while we were working before we retired. John started working real estate a few years later and was showing the house and fell in love with it himself! John showed me the house and we decided to make an offer that day. In 2021 we purchased Casa Amor and it is an airbnb and vrbo. We have had Casa Amor since March 22, 2021. Casa Amor was built for Orlando which owns Orlando's restaurant one of the best restaurants in town and is very close to Casa Amor. A quick walk or bike ride. The house was finished in June of 2020. We strive to keep Casa Amor in tip top shape for all our guests. Casa Amor is also stocked with everything anyone would need plus more. Your host Kim wants you to have a great visit and wonderful memories of your time at Casa Amor and is available for any questions or concerns and can help recommend any activities, excursion's you want to do.

Casa Amor is in a quiet safe neighborhood just to the North of the Plaza. Great location! Easy walking, riding the bikes provided or rent a golf cart or rental. Most people don’t rent a rental car unless they plan on touring much further distances than Loreto town. The beach “La Negarita”. Is a quick 5 minute walk. There are permanent Palapa’s on the beach for shade, but Casa Amor has 2 beach umbrella’s and four beach chairs for guests use.

Casa Amor is unique for the Loreto area because it is a stand alone very private home for a reasonable price. One of the less expensive rental homes in Loreto. Most of the rental properties in Loreto are community properties where the owner lives on the property with several casitas that share a pool, bbq area’s, so they are not completely private.
