Because of the time of year, we would have liked to be able to regulate the heat/cooling better. First day there we were in the 80’s then next morning we were in the 40’s overnight. Loved that there was coffee& filters there. .

Nicely renovated home on the hillside with an amazing view! We enjoyed the fireworks from the front porch and watched the ships come in from the main bedroom upstairs. Centrally located and close to Canal Park and Bayfront Park, and anyplace else is a short drive away. Out the front door, be sure to check out the historic Incline Stairway Trail a half a block away, and hike up to Observation Hill for a good workout and views!Home was clean with plenty of room for the four of us, but with four bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, there’s room for a larger group. For those with accessibility needs, there’s a back entrance and a main floor bedroom, bathroom and living room space.Chad was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know.Great experience and we hope to stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean home with lovely views of Superior and easy access to all we wanted to do in Duluth and Canal Park. We stayed here in the winter and arrived during an ice storm - the host was very communicative about nearby tree damage and provided salt for the outside steps. We really appreciated that!Like much of Duluth, this home is on a hill (which gives you that great view), but there are lots of steps to get to the front door from the street, and a slope down to the house from the garage. Just be aware!
