The kitchen is a spacious and bright room equipped with all the things you will need to prepare meals during your getaway. The dining room boasts a large dining table that overlooks the beautiful Harbor and has a large sliding door to enjoy the patio, direct lake access!

The gathering room right off the dining space offers a sectional couch and smart TV to enjoy on those rainy days. Wander upstairs to find all 3 bedrooms. The harbor side master bedroom features a king size bed, gas fireplace, on- suite full bath, walk-in closet with family friendly amenities such as a baby bathtub and pack n' play crib for the little travelers, and a breathtaking view. Down the hall the second bedroom features a bunk bed full size lower with a twin size upper and closet while the third bedroom features a full size bed with trundle bed and full closet. Lastly between both bedrooms is a full bathroom.

Fully enjoy park point living with the provided amenities of kayaks & lifejackets, indoor game closet, Cornhole, pickleball set, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the kiddos. Step outside and enjoy the panoramic sunset over your own private dock right in the harbor for fishing, boating or kayaking right in your backyard. We provide all kitchen and bathroom essentials, as well as additional blankets, Duluth Coffee Company Coffee, Free WiFi, laundry and dryer and private parking with a garage for bike storage.
