NEWLY RENOVATED! NON-SMOKING UNIT. Take in the gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton in this cozy, lakefront condo at Willow Beach! Enjoy this 1 bedroom/1 bath condo that sleeps 4. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Free WIFI and satellite TV. It includes a balcony and pool access overlooking Lake Hamilton. There is a personal boat slip available for nightly rent. Willow Beach is located within minutes of main attractions including; Hot Springs Mall (<1 mile), Oaklawn Race Track (3.5 miles), and Historic Downtown Hot Springs (6 miles). This condo is locally owned. 2 night min stay. Laundry facilities on complex available for 30 day stays or more

Lovely condo in a beautiful location (great view of the lake, balcony is framed by nature - so pretty even in December!), very clean and has all the necessities. Responsive and helpful hosts.

It was amazing! Loved the mini coffee bar. Location was perfect - not too far from the square yet far enough for privacy. Glad there was hand soap and extra hand towels. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Great stay

Everything is close by (including hot springs national park), comfortable bed, and nice deck overlooking the lake. Also, next to trees that brings lots of birds. Great stay!!!

Great stay!

Cute condo and loved the coastal vibe! Quiet complex that is well maintained. It’s a good location near Hot Springs Bath house row. If your hungry for a great BIG breakfast you have to try Phil’s Family Restaurant!

Lake Hamilton is lovely, local people were so friendly no matter where we were. My husband loved bathhouse row and all the buildings and shops.

Love the location & Super Cute

The condo had everything we needed for our small family of four. I love the huge windows looking out at the lake. Super close to the main road. Great location. We have stayed in this complex twice now!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Kathy was a wonderful host and the condo had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, and the view of the lake was very relaxing. It is located on the third floor in the last unit of the complex and feels very private. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The neighborhood is great for morning walks and we spent plenty of time on the balcony enjoying the sunsets. We are planning another trip this fall!

Perfect place for a couple’s getaway

We stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The unit was on the end on the top floor. It was very quiet. The host left us snacks, water, and plenty of coffee/creamer. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked great. The towels and linens were very nice. The patio had a lovely view of the water and was shaded by trees in the morning. We enjoyed using the pool. The host even included pool towels. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. I’ve been staying at these condos for 30 years and love the place. The only thing that needed to be changed is the TV services. They had directv but the only channels we could access were the locals.

Super quiet & safe area. The condo was beautifully renovated & super clean, which I do inspect upon arrival & I was happy about the cleanliness. The only thing I am giving heads up on for other renters is don’t be fooled by the exterior of the condo buildings in Willow Beach. They are old & are very much in need of a facelift & a lot of the window screens need to be replaced. I was surprised & worried when we pulled in but once we got to our condo & saw how pretty & clean it was, I overlooked the exterior. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Absolutely Loved It!

Kathy's place was everything we needed. Completely updated unit. The details of the updates show the effort placed. She provided so much. We could tell she put thought into her rental. The only thing the kitchen didn't provide us was a full cross meal. The snacks were a really nice touch. The bath/face towels were so plush and soft. The soaps and other toiletries were great. The location was convenient to everything. Kathy answered any questions right away and provided recommendations for the area. If ever we're in Hot Springs again, we are definitely staying with Kathy.
