Ou détendez-vous à l'intérieur du salon avec le NOUVEAU téléviseur HD à écran plat 55 pouces Direct TV et le Blue Ray DVR. Internet gratuit. De beaux nouveaux meubles, des planchers de bois clair et des moulures couronnées ainsi que des stores solaires télécommandés créeront l'atmosphÚre idéale. Beaucoup de siÚges confortables avec table à manger pour 4 ainsi que des tabourets de bar.

Si la cuisine est votre truc, la fabuleuse nouvelle cuisine plaira: des comptoirs de quartz sans soudure, des appareils en acier inoxydable améliorés, une machine à glaçons pour réfrigérateur et un éclairage suspendu pour la préparation des repas. Our host, Kay, was very welcoming and informative. She was always willing to answer any questions we had. The condo was beautiful. It was cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Quiet location but close enough to walk to nearby shops & food. Balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or a sunset dinner. Easy check in and check out.Very very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay

The condo was very nice and clean with beautiful lakefront view. Everything was just as advertised. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The bed was super comfortable! Also Kay was an excellent host! She made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in on us after a bad storm came through.

We fell in love with Hot Springs the moment we arrived for the first time many years ago! Coming from W. TX, where it is flat, brown, dry and sand storms...we thought we had arrived in the closest thing to Heaven on earth..and we made plans to move here as fast as we could! I had an interior design and home furnishes business for 20 years and my husband a thriving law practice. After our daughter graduated from high school...we finally arrived in Hot Springs to make our new home. That was 10 years ago and we haven't looked back even once.

I immediately started selling real estate here...I love meeting the most wonderful people from literally all over the world, who visit once, and decide to move here...just like we did! My business has been so blessed & I absolutely love it. I see some incredible properties, in all price ranges...and I knew this lake condo was a winner. I bought it and then put my interior design experience to work and had it totally gutted and remodeled. I think you will find it lovely and very comfortable with everything you need to have a totally enjoyable and relaxing "get-away". This waterfront condo is located just off Central Ave which is highly desirable because it is so close to everything....shopping, casual & fine dining, our famous spa's, the hiking trails, Garvan Gardens (you HAVE to see the spectacular Christmas lights...people come from everywhere!) and everywhere you go, you will meet the nicest people...I hear this all the time from people I sell homes to. My adorable husband is semi-retired from his law practice here....and had taken up a real interest in golf...our golf courses are some of the most beautiful in the country, nestled in and carved out of the forest.

This condo popped up on the market for sale..and being a Realtor here, I knew right away that the location was superb...it's in an area where visitors seem to prefer..and ask for, because it is so convenient to everything here that is fun and enjoyable. Even though it is just a one bedroom condo...I knew there were people, like me, that if given the choice, would prefer a very well done little space that had everything I would ever want, that had that little extra touch of luxury and that would still be affordable. I knew that is what we look for when we travel.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Extra interior touches: Solid quartz countertop with a waterfall side so it's a little more "sleek" and modern, SS appliances, fully equipped kitchen, extra nice motorized solar shades, luxurious king bed with high quality linens, new shower designed with a comfortable seat and tumbled stones accents and nice towels. All new comfortable, yet stylish, furniture along with a 55" HD TV, Direct TV and Blue Ray DVR in the living room and another HD wall mounted HD TV in the bedroom.

Exterior features: Private covered patio balcony furnished with outdoor dining table and high back swivel chairs for extra comfort. Enjoy the views of the lake and grill on a cool little Weber grill we found. There is also a nice large swimming pool (you will have a private key for entrance), a super nice boardwalk on the lake as well as boat tie-ups. If you are bringing a boat, there is parking for your trailer and we also have an assigned covered parking spot for your vehicle. If you don't have a boat, but would like to rent one...there are a couple of close by marinas that have boat rentals. Let me know what you need or are looking for! I live here in Hot Springs....my office is just a few blocks away and we want you to absolutely LOVE staying in our condo....!!
