Excellent rental property

Great property, nicely outfitted and felt like home rather than a hotel. This would be an excellent place to stay when planning your next vacation.

The condo was impeccable! Fantastic views from balcony, suite is very well appointed. Beds comfortable, bathrooms and showers clean and good water flow. Well stocked with shower products, TP, PT , bath and beach towels. Could use a few more pots but that’s a personal observation and nothing that detracted from overall stay. Definitely a plus to be located on the beach and so close to centro. We enjoyed the pool daily, interacted with other owners and renters, all very gracious and welcoming. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Living the life

We had a wonderful time at Russes condominium. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Location, quietness, pool and beach. Everything you could imagine was in the kitchen. Great Wi-Fi and awesome amount of channels

Wonderful condo & Great host

This comfortable condo is located just a few easy walking blocks from town. The balcony views are spectacular. Both rooms have nice walk in closet space and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is adequately appointed for preparing simple meals and features a large refrigerator with water and ice in the door. The pool is perfect for cooling off and there are many chairs and umbrellas around the pool to relax in. Russ was a very accessible host and responded quickly to all of our requests. Thanks got your hospitality!!

Our stay at this condo was great and we loved the location. Easy walking distance to the local restaurants, bars and convenience stores, but not right in the middle of the busy downtown area so it's really quiet. The condo itself is very clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool is great and was never busy during our stay (mid April) and the ocean is easily swimmable in this area. Communication with Russ was great and he was quick to answer any questions I had about the area. If you want to get away from the big resorts and just have a relaxing vacation in a beautiful condo right on the beach, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Pictures don't do it justice.

Sun, fun and thawing out

My family of 5 traveled from Alaska. This was our 3rd time to Bucerias and the first time for our three kids. Russ has a beautiful condo, fully furnished and very comfortable for the 5 of us. The complex is at the north end of the beach, away from a lot of the noise and hustle and bustle of city center but still just a few short blocks walking distance to all the restaurants and market. Russ was excellent to work with. Very responsive if any problem or questions came up. I would highly recommend this complex and booking with Russ. We plan to be back for sure.

Great ocean front condo

This condo is lovely decorated and very well equipment, it has all you need if you want to cook at home. Beds and linens are perfect. Big spacious deck and beautiful pool. Close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean. Will be back!!!!!
