Queen size beds in both bedrooms. 3 Air conditioners, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the kitchen. 65" tv and WIFI. close to shopping and hospital. gas fire pit in the back yard, gas BBQ grill and lawn chairs.

The neighborhood was run down but the inside of the house was very nice and comfortable. Fenced area was fine but two big boxers on the other side of the fence made us and our dog uncomfortable. It was close to shopping.

The outside was not good at all but inside was adorable. All rooms were great & the little extras like coffee & a few snacks were greatly appreciated.Only problem we had was the address said Dogwood Dr. and it was actually Street. We went to Dogwood Street and it was the same as in the picture so that helped. I called the host and he was very helpful, would stay there again!

Great location
super convenient to fairgrounds, central Roseburg and surrounding area, and nearby restaurants and shopping. Older home with nicely updated interior
nice furniture and comfy bed, everything you need in kitchen, fluffy towels, nice to have washer and dryer available, and fenced in back yard. Great communication from property manager. Easy check in with keypad on entry door.

Roseburg Quick, Clean, & Convenient

Property was easy to find & close to just about everything. Appliances were modern. Primary heating was with a stand-alone gas heater in the living room which worked well for the main part of the house even when it was snowing outside. Our dog loved the fenced back yard.

2nd time staying

This property had everything we needed and is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the home feels very homey. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will continue to rent it when we come see family in Roseburg. .

Not Impressed

The front and back yards were like a weed farm. Our initial reaction was it was reasonably clean, but then we noticed a thick layer of dust on the fan blades in all the rooms. There were several food products left behind that were open. We did attempt to use the cream, but it had curdled. The availability of the washer and dryer were nice, but the lint trap had not been cleaned in a long time.

Clean and fresh

Updated home with all amenities. Located very close to stores. The fact that it was a very warm weekend and the main living areas do not have air conditioning or good ventilation made the space pretty uncomfortable. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcoming and made resting at night much easier!
