The size of the apartment was ideal for the two of us. It had everything we needed especially in terms of kitchen and cooking for ourselves. We also appreciated that the host checked in with us regularly.

Comfortable Place to Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Marcia was very easy to communicate with and she lives on the property. Will stay there again when visiting Tucson.

Had a wonderful stay in Marcia’s Casita. It was as advertised- spacious, light filled, open floor plan, very clean. We slept well, appreciated the large bathroom and privacy the property afforded us. Although adjacent to the host’s home, it is completely enclosed and secure. Loved having a private patio to enjoy morning coffee. Location is fantastic too. Marcia is very quick to respond & helpful. Have already recommended the Casita to family, and would return in the future.

Another excellent stay!

This was our second time staying in Marcia’s casita, and we were very fortunate to stay for an extended period to enjoy winter in Tucson. This place has everything one needs, and Marcia is such a fantastic host. And then there’s the neighborhood - so much to see, do and enjoy! Perfect area for walking, too. Highly recommend 😊

Marcia’s guesthouse had everything we needed, and Marcia was such a kind and helpful host. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to lots of restaurants, stores and the University area. We’ll be back 😊

Comfortable Casita in midtown Tucson

Marcia was an attentive and friendly host. She responded to our queries promptly. The casita is an open floor plan and comfortable for 2 people. It is completely separate from the main house and has its own private patio. It is a short bike ride to the paved bike trail, the Loop, and close to some restaurants. We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the casita.

Good energy.

The space was super cute and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was very close to U of A. I never sleep well away from home, But I did here and Marcia was very responsive. I will stay here again when I go visit my daughter at school.

Great place for a weekend in mid-town

This was a very private, beautifully designed and decorated place. The bed was wonderfuly comfortable, the bathroom very spacious, the kitchen-living room and dining room very workable. One caveat is that there is not a complete separation of the bedroom from the rest of the living area, so if you and your partner are on different schedules, it may be an issue. But still, a really wonderful place to stay!

Lovely casita. Private driveway with a solid metal gate for security. Private patio. Full kitchen, washer/dryer and very comfortable king sized bed. Everything needed for a great stay. Owner responded to all my messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed

Clean and Comfortable

We had a lovely stay at the apt. Everything was just like it was presented online. The wifi was excellent, king size bed super comfortable, great location,, nice patio, felt secure with locked gate, all and all an excellent place to stay!

Quiet Stay

This property was as advertised. The property was a little difficult to find the first time as it is located in an alley. However, the property manager did provide a map to the property. Once found the property was easy to get in and out of. The property manager was very accommodating in that we arrived early and was able to check in with some advanced communication. We would definitely stay here again scheduling permitting.
