With vaulted ceilings, leather furnishings, and mountain-themed decor, Valley Perch offers that classic rustic feel while still having the modern comforts you are used to. When each day begins, you will have year-round activities to choose from including taking a dip in the shared pool, playing a round of golf, playing tennis on the shared courts, biking along the many paths in the neighborhood, or skiing on Dollar Mountain that is mere minutes away! Regardless of how you use each day, everyone will have built up an appetite. Fortunately, the fantastic full kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals before everyone plops down on the sofa in the living room to stream favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Don't hesitate to watch the sun go down from the private balcony as well!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
