Ce condo récemment rénové 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain à Elkhorn offre env. 1000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et 6 couchages. La cuisine ouverte comprend des comptoirs en quartz et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a 3 tabourets de bar sur le comptoir et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le salon dispose d'un foyer au gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces. Hors du salon est une terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz et des sièges en plein air pour profiter de la vue sur la montagne en été et en automne.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche et lavabo simple. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen et lits superposés, et l'accès à une salle de bain couloir avec baignoire / douche et lavabo simple. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le placard du couloir près de la cuisine.

Happy with our stay

We spent two full weeks here and the property was as described, well-kept and appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool & poolhouse. Location was great, nice neighborhood too!

Alpine Lodging does an excellent job in making their guest feel appreciated. They insured the condo was spotlessly clean. The information they provided about the rental prior to booking was 100% accurate. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, in a great location and had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was very clean with a stocked kitchen; you don't always find this in a rental property. There was not a lot of space to put away your groceries though. As far as the bedrooms go, the bedding was nice, but the beds were extremely hard. The master bathroom was a tight fit, the TP roll needs to be placed else ware, so you can sit on the toilet comfortably.In reference to the amenities: pool, hot tub, etc., we couldn't use, as they were closed for the season, but we did not know this before we arrived.The location was great; the manager was made aware of some issues.I would, however, recommend this property to family or friends. There are many walkable trails nearby, that are paved, so you can ride a bike as well. The towns Ketchum/Sun Valley are nearby and have some GREAT spots to eat. I would recommend going to Enoteca, Fiamma, and Cookbook, to name a few.Ketchum is a wonderful place to visit and vacation, if you are a lover of the outdoors, it's beautiful here.

Great family stay

It's a great condo and was perfect for our family of 3. Location: backs up to the tennis courts, which was great. 2 pools within walking distance. It was pretty quiet during our stay but keep in mind this is ground floor and you may have people walking right by your windows. Natural Grocers was about 15 min away and the town of Ketchum was also a short drive. IF you're a golfer, I recommend playing Trail Creek. Wifi was solid but there isn't a desk in the house so youll need to use the dining room table or a make shift one in the guest bedroom. The one thing we didn't like was the heat. It was relatively hot and with no AC and almost no breeze....it was impossible to cool down the unit. There are fans but they didn't do a ton for us. We had a few nights of less than stellar sleep b/c of the heat.

Great Stay for a Small Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our 2yo for a week and the place was perfect. It had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that it is on a ground floor and the back patio had direct access to the green space. It's a little bit of a trek, but the condo was still bike-able via the greenbelt into downtown Ketchum. The fireplace wasn't working during our stay, which was kind of a bummer, but it wasn't super cold outside so we didn't push the issue too much. The master bedroom mattress probably needs replaced soon. If that is something someone else is sensitive to, it might not be a good fit. We would definitely stay here again.
