The place is super clean, everything is very close by, it's a very warm and quiet place, and it has very good access to the parking area.

The property

There was no internet for 10 days. Host was very slow to address problem. The furniture was very uncomfortable, old wicker chairs. Yard was very nice, kitchen nice, parking nice

Nice cottage

The cottage was very nice. Nicely decorated, clean, and with a nice kitchen which we used to make Thanksgiving dinner. Neighborhood okay. Not much communication eith host but he told us what we needed to know. All in all very good.

The B&B was wonderful.

I enjoyed it very much. My only concern was the glass door and most of the windows were unlocked. I went around and locked them all. I will be wanting to rent the space again in April. Can I specifically ask for that one? Thx for the upgrade. 😃

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely everything was clean and cozy. We will certainly stay there again. There are 3 issues we think should be considered. 1) WiFi should be upgraded, because it was spotty and hard to connect to. 2) We felt that the upstairs door should have a lock on it. 3) Socket behind the small table in the living room doesn’t work. Otherwise awesome stay. I almost canceled this stay, but we were elated that I didn’t.

Nice get-away spot!!!

The property is just as advertised! However .... it should noted, that it is an upstairs unit. Still it was such a cosy spot for our get-away. Nicely located to everything!!!

Out of towner

The property was exactly what was described.... Clean, and renovated. We were in town for a weekend soccer tournament so I was a great place to keep our things and use as a place to rest. Safe, well lit, and quiet. Will definitely use this rental again.

Vacation Nightmare

We had to leave this place sooner than expected and file a credit card dispute for a refund after inappropriate responses to our serious issues. This delay also caused us to lose another place and we are not wealthy people who can afford to pay for 2 rentals. Had I not gotten sick as well and our dog gotten ahold of a roach bait described below that we didn’t initially see, we would have left immediately. But I was unable to move to another location or endure a 12 hour ride home and we also ended up at a Vet ER Clinic and an almost $300 bill. Our dog could have died. This was to be a special anniversary celebration time as well as a semi-working vacation for my husband to help pay for this “renovated beauty”. Instead of experiencing a pristine rental and neighborhood as we have in past vacation homes, THIS is what we endured. As with reviews on other properties of his that we noticed, this is also NOT in a good and safe neighborhood and needs serious attention. This place was totally misrepresented on VRBO with things missing and with some issue to deal with almost daily the longer we had to stay there. · The first thing we encountered was a huge OPEN bag of dog food flanked by roach bait (not a good combination). Another roach bait was stuck to the floor so we had not initially seen it. This NEVER should be present within reach of especially children or pets in a place that allows them. That also includes pest control usage, which should always be pet and child

Very clean

We stayed over Christmas. The property was very clean and perfect for our trip. We had some issues with the AC and heat only of them was working. We informed the property manager. He was quick to respond at first although stopped responding towards the end of our stay. He apparently tried to get it fixed but told us there were no portable AC unit according to him in 45 mile radius although HomeDepot.com proved otherwise but that is besides the fact. There also were not very many towels and no wash clothes, for a 5 day stay for two people we really needed more than 2 towels. Although overall it was a really good stay and we throughly enjoyed this place and time we spent with our family.
