Unwind at this cozy lodge in the heart of the quaint town of Ruidoso, NM. The house was lovingly built with original floors, high-beamed ceilings, and antique details for a modern yet homey feel. Enjoy the mountain views with Grindstone Lake a few minutes away, trails in walking distance, and downtown a quick walk down the street. The house is located near the Mainstreet, right by all the local shops, restaurants, and taverns. Although shops and restaurants are only a minute drive away!

The cabin was more spacious in person that how it looks in the pictures. The hot tub was perfect to unwind after a day out in nature. The temperature was great both kids and adults enjoyed it very much. The hosts were amazing and would respond to us very promptly. Overall, it was a great experience I would definitely recommend staying there.

The house was perfect. The backyard was a nice, relaxing escape. Plenty of room to sleep and hangout for our group. We’d definitely stay with them again.

Absolutely loved our stay! It’s the little things that pushed it over the top—the pancake mix in the pantry, enough toilet paper/paper towels to get through your stay, and the gift basket waiting at arrival. My only comment would be that make sure you are aware that there is no access to the casita from the main house without going outside and there are a lot of steps/uneven ground.

Cozy little property in a nice quiet neighborhood, close proximity to town and super close to grindstone lake. Overall very clean and comfortable for our group of 8.

Everything you need!

One of the best places in Ruidoso that we've stayed at. Plenty of room and privacy, Game room was a hit with the kids and adults, Hot tub is always a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for prep. Great stay, hopefully we get the chance to stay again.

Baseball Tournament

The Moonlight Mountain Lodge was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend stay. We were a part of a baseball tournament and this amazing home made for such a relaxing stay. The home was very clean, the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning, as the space, and location were perfect for our family.

Three couple getaway for Born Day month. Rode motorcycles from Tx. Really enjoyed everything that the place offered. Management was quick to respond. Most def a place to stay!!!!

Felt like home!

This cabin was perfect! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the patio and hot tub. The decor is cute and makes it feel warm and inviting. Our host, Al, checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well, we felt very welcomed!! Great stay altogether, would definitely book here again.

Charming cabin the the woods
