If you wanted to every morning you can walk to get delicious coffee at Mary's Marvelous, and don't forget about what they offer for lunch. Delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, and more. Just down the block from Mary's is Stop N Shop where you can get everything you need for your stay. After that there is unlimited shopping and dining. Balenciaga, Gucci, Lululemon, are just some of the shops within walking distance to the cottage.
✔Space- Walk from your driveway up to the front porch where you will find 2 comfortable chairs perfect for taking a smoke break or to relax
✔Enter into the living room where you will experience a first taste of our quaint, distinguished home. A comfortable couch to sit and watch complimentary Netflix, surrounded by books around the home.
✔Dining room- Enjoy your meal at the dining room table, or use it as a place to set your laptop up to get some work done.
✔3 Bedrooms- The upstairs bedroom is the master suite which features a comfy King Size bed. There is a window unit A/C upstairs in case you want to cool down. The Guest bedroom is on the main floor and features a double sized bed. The last bedroom has an option for you to use as an office, or to use as a bedroom. It features a sofa bed that is surprisingly comfy when pulled out for use as a bed. All 3 bedrooms have doors you can shut for privacy.
✔The Kitchen- The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware and utensils you need in case you want to cook or bake at the home. All these items are brand new, so enjoy!
✔The Mud room- The mud room located in the back of the home features hangers for storage, and a bench for you to put your shoes on. Don't hesitate to grab a beach towel for yourself if you would like to go to the beach. Enjoy!
✔The Backyard- Enjoy your meal on the table on the back porch if you like! Or sit on the comfortable outdoor furniture which features a couch and 2 chairs with table. Don't hesitate to utilize the grill if you are hungry there is plenty of propane left! Sit down relax, have a glass of wine and enjoy the peace of the backyard.


Note: The owner of the property lives in the back cottage of the home. Her home is located at the back of the yard, so you may see her once in a while walking to her back cottage. Do not be alarmed she is very sweet, and will always be mindful to give you space and privacy. Enjoy the home!
