Our home is centrally located in Montauk, just a short walk or bike ride to all that the area has to offer. Disconnect from the world and enjoy the relaxed vibes at The End!

Access to public golf, tennis/pickle ball and pools are directly across the street at Montauk Downs State Park. The Montauk Downs Clubhouse also provides bar/grille with an outdoor patio to enjoy your snacks and cocktails while overlooking one of NY State's best public golf courses.

With 3 bedrooms (Two w/ Queen beds & One w/ two twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms + outdoor shower, a group of 6 can relax comfortably here. The well manicured landscape & private backyard help to create a sanctuary like setting!

A modern & well stocked kitchen + open format living and dining area provides a great space to wine and dine with the entirety of your group. Our ductless air conditioning systems and separate wine fridge help to ensure you and your guests can stay cool and hydrated during the hot summer months!

For open air dining and relaxation, make use of our outdoor dining deck and backyard with a gas grill & fire pit. A great spot for star gazing on clear nights!

Hi Speed WiFi, Smart TV, Infant Crib, Pack n Play, Baby Gates, Bicycles, Beach Chairs, Yard Games are some of the many additional amenities we provide.

Our home provides a great place to escape from it all, yet keeps you right in the center of where you want to be on your time away from home!

Awesome NYE Stay

Our stay at Ryan’s place was fantastic! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The house was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials. Location is wonderful and just a short drive to town and the beach. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfect place for a golf trip!

Cozy!!

This is a great place to stay if you just need some downtime to relax!! Shopping, dining and couple cool local bars are short distance away. Montauk has become such a desirable place to getaway for a reason, look forward to my next trip here and I will definitely reach back out to Ryan for availability!

Ryan was an excellent host and very communicative. Easy check-in, house was clean and exactly as pictured. Even provided a few local drinks in the fridge with a note that said “drinks on us” which was a really welcoming touch! Perfect location for Montauk, nice 20 min walk to Ditch Plains beach. Would return again.

Holiday Stay

We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving while we visited our family in town. The house was great for all four adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, well appointed and as depicted in the pictures. There is plenty of space both inside and out, and it is convenient to town and the beaches. Ryan was super responsive, and could not have been better as a host. We recommend this property to anyone considering it!

Clean, contemporary house in a convenient location. The furnishings and grounds were very good. The only problem was the non-functional hot water handle on the first floor bathroom sink.

Thank you for the kind review Alan! My apologies for not proactively notifying you about the sink faucet! We noticed it was leaking the week prior, so we turned it off until it could be refurbished. Fortunately, I’ll be renovating that bathroom from top to bottom next week! Hope you get to see the remodeled version in the future!

Excellent Experience

The property was great - very clean, meticulously kept, and nicely decorated. The first floor is great for accessibility - I had an elderly parent stay on the first floor, and their bedroom and bathroom were right next to each other. Only a few short steps up into the house. The location can’t be beat if you have any kind of event at Montauk Downs, which is directly across the street. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property owner was clear on her expectations and we had no issues with the property. Would definitely rent again.

This house is excellent!

Great location with big open first floor for eating and hanging out. We were running The Hamptons marathon and wanted a house that was close enough to the race, but also cozy enough for us to stay in, cook a big meal, and get to bed early. This house was just right for that. The house has a great deck and then a nice little patio area in the back. Feels very private and like a true get away. Would recommend and would come back.
