Our townhome is a Perfect Base to Explore the area! We have a Very Spacious Two Story End Unit with 2 Bedroom / 2 Baths Fully Furnished for All your Needs Including: 2-New King Size Comfy beds, Stocked Kitchen, Free High Speed Wifi, Cable, Netflix and Roku TV's with an Open Concept and Cathedral Ceilings. Even a basket of personal incidentals you may have forgotten.
There are 2 Outdoor Spaces: On the Upper Deck to Enjoy your Morning Cup of Java watching the Sun Slowly Rise Overhead. In the Evenings Meander to the Lower Level Patio where the Fire Pit awaits you to Enjoy your Evenings with a Glass of Wine or on those Cooler Nights Roasting Marshmellows Under the Stars. Then come inside where you'll find the Perfect area for Family Games or a Movie Nite. Bring your Bikes and Ride into Town, or Most Anywhere because you're Literally on Blue Star Trail Walking and Bike Path it's at your Front Door…Saugatuck is a quick 2 minute drive into town… A 5-10 minute Bike Ride or a 15-20 minute or so leisurely walk into Saugatuck via the Peterson Preserve Trail
I think what we love best about our place it has a “home away from home” feel, Creating a Relaxing Atmosphere with Extra Space for Everyone to Stretch-out Indoors and Outdoors after a day of exploring the SAUGLASVILLE area (SAUgatuck - douGLAS - fennVILLE). These 3 quaint small towns are ready for you to explore driving thru country side to our 3 wineries, 4 Orchards…..Or our local lavender or goat cheese farms. Traveling from one of these small quaint towns to the next, giving that aura of going back in time. Our tri-community area and our townhome are all of the small country town vibe. Beginning and ending your day to veg out after a full day of activities, or on that rainy day snuggling in, you’ll find there is space everywhere for everyone. And….We've even created a Work Area with Desk and some Sunshine (as long as Mother Nature Cooperates) to complete your work for the perfect Staycation/Location, not too much work though!

The Entrance is around the corner on North Street (just past Maple Str. on the left you'll see the Fire Hydrant and then Peterson Pathway) that will lead you thru the preserve with an abundance of wildlife and a quiet stroll /shortcut (Approx..10-15 minute walk) into town.... To Find everything Saugatuck has to offer:
Unique Shops/Boutiques, Cafes/Restaurants, Fudge/IceCream, Wine and Whiskey Tasting, Art Galleries and Activities Galore, here are a "few" other things to do in and around the area :
*The Historical Chain Ferry (in season)that will take you over to
*Mt.Baldy for a Climb-up the 302 Steps to a 360 degree of Breath-Taking Views of Lake Michigan to the west and then you can see...
*The renowned Oval Beach (take a hike down the Dune to the beach, but remember what goes down must come up -- I challenge you 😂?). Then take a look to the east to see....
*Our Quaint Saugatuck/Douglas towns on the Kalamazoo River with boats rambling along. or....
*Bring your Bike (we're right on the Blue Star Trail), or Drive over to the Newly refurbished Root Barrel in Douglas, that was built in the 40's for a 'dog and root beer' and enjoy one of their infamous root beer floats, it's perfect on a summers day
