Ce chalet loue chaque semaine du Memorial Day à la semaine de la fête du travail.

Cycle de location du vendredi au vendredi pour les locations à la semaine

Prix à la nuit de 240 $ - 285 $ selon le nombre de personnes et la saison. Économisez 200 $ de rabais par semaine pendant les saisons de printemps et d'automne.

Cette location hebdomadaire est un charmant cottage de deux chambres à coucher pour des vacances romantiques en couple ou en famille. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à seulement deux maisons des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville, mais est isolé dans une impasse / cul-de-sac avec peu de circulation ou de bruit pour les piétons. Le chalet dispose d'un patio en pierre très privé à l'arrière de la chambre principale qui a une table et des chaises avec parasol et une cheminée pour les feux de bois romantiques lors de nuits fraîches. La grande cour latérale est joliment aménagée et constitue un endroit idéal pour un pique-nique, des jeux de jardin ou des jeux pour enfants. Il y a même un porte-vélos pour sécuriser votre vélo lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen de qualité supérieure et la deuxième chambre comprend un ensemble de lits jumeaux confortables. Le grand salon / salle à manger dispose d'une grande télévision par câble à écran plat / d'un centre de divertissement, d'une table à manger et d'un canapé. La cuisine est petite mais est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Il y a une baignoire avec une baignoire / douche. Le chalet a l'air central partout. Vous trouverez le chalet très accueillant et décoré dans un style méditerranéen. Avec son propre parking extérieur pour deux voitures, vous n'aurez plus à vous soucier de trouver une place de parking, ce qui peut s'avérer difficile à Saugatuck. Étant à deux pas de tout en ville, vous vous retrouverez à marcher partout. Vous apprécierez votre temps dans ce chalet et la facilité d'accès au centre-ville et vous voudrez y retourner. Le chalet est loué à la semaine pendant la saison estivale et le week-end au printemps et à l’automne.

The cottage was perfect for us. The location is ideal, so we didn’t drive at all between arrival and departure. The updated bathroom and kitchen, and new mattresses, meant that we experienced both old-fashioned charm and modern conveniences.

This was our second year staying at the property- once again it was perfect for us. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, yet peaceful retreat when you are ready to relax. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Parking on site is very convenient as well. Gary and Jan communicated with us prior to, during, and as we were leaving - ensuring no issues or concerns with the property. Having our pets with us made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Terrific location just a couple blocks from the chain ferry and band gazebo. The on-site laundry is very helpful, especially with the bring-your-own-towels policy. You should also bring your own spices if you plan to cook, since the kitchen just has salt and pepper. Hosts were excellent communicators. Would stay again.

Stayed at Jan’s cottage for a week. What a wonderful location, within walking distance of everything. The Venetian festival was held during our stay, along with the art fair. We could go and enjoy, and come back and rest. Nice quiet street, and very nice yard with deck in back. The cottage had all we needed for a comfortable stay! We will certainly return in the future.

James cottage has a perfect location and two private parking places that if you've ever been to saugatuck you realize how wonderful it is to have your own parking space. We spent a weekend here celebrating 25 years of friendship and had the best time!The property is just as described in the listing; cute, cozy, clean, great location and with all the amenities we needed! We especially loved the backyard area after a night enjoying the town.Jan was wonderful with communication - she reached out prior to our arrival, checked in on our first day and followed up on our last day. We were in great hands!When we return, we will stay here.

So glad you enjoyed the stone patio and chiminea. It does create a very cozy space with great privacy from any pedestrian or traffic noise. Come bacj anytime you' can, you'll always be welcome

The property was really cute, clean, and well maintained, and it is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Docked one star due to having to deal with a few service people coming to the house while we were there that couldn't be rescheduled. But overall, Jan was very nice to communicate with and I'd recommend staying here.

Jan and Gary owned and operated the Marywood Manor Suites and Cottages for over 20 years. Jan was a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of a local real estate office for many years. Gary was Vice President of a Fortune 500 office furniture manufacture before retirement. They sailed and lived aboard their 44' catamaran for pver 15 winters in
Florida and the Bahamas. Since selling their boat in 2015 they have spent winters in Naples, Florida.

You'll also love the intimacy and coziness that is very relaxing. Besides being a romantic get away it is also an ideal cottage for a young couple with small children. With a busy kiddie park just a block away and the nice side yard for lawn games and child's play it works perfectly for kids. The owners also accept small pets as long as the tenant agrees to their Pet Policy.
