The space
The ground floor apartment is located in a relatively calm area, inside a recently renovated red brick building that used to be a garment factory in the 19th century.

I normally live in this 55m2, 4.5 m ceiling apartment - therefore if you see this apartment being advertised during the dates that you have put in - that means probably I will be away on holidays (and hopefully so are you!)

The apartment is packed with vintage furniture such as an original G-Plan 6 people dining table , a Kai Kristiansen wall unit, and other mid century modern furniture that I had personally collected during my years in Brussels. It also comes with a very comfy pullout-sofa bed for 2 people that cost me 800 euros.

One added bonus of this apartment is that you will have AMAZING amenities - full kitchen loaded with all sorts of spices, cooking essentials (mixer, oven, searing pans, coffee bean grinder ... you name it I got it). It will also come with things such as yoga mat, workout machine, pullup bars and other little things that you normally would never get in an airbnb !
