LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your apartment has been fitted with bed linens and a full set of bath linens in accordance with the number of persons booked. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to foster a culture of sustainability, additional linen refreshment services are available. - 35€ set of bed linens / per bed - 30€ set of bath linens / per person
PARKING: R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5€ supplement per piece of luggage.
LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.
BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12€ daily charge.

Beautiful Apartment
The apartment was appointed beautifully! Clean. Modern. With an elevator even!
The location was so-so. I felt comfortable walking the neighborhood during the day, but I don’t know if I would at night. It may be a safe location, but that’s not the vibe I got. The neighborhood seemed dirty. The sidewalks were littered and had dog feces in a couple of places.
There is nothing negative I can say about the apartment though. It was perfect!!

very comfortable, well appointed
The apartment was VERY WELL appointed. Lots of good touches such as bathroom toiletries, really nice towels & sheets/bedding, packs of snacks & cakes along with tea & coffee to get started. Good location-Very close to the Botanique subway line stop as well as the open to the public botanique/garden (very pretty);a small pharmacy with helpful staff; 2 mini marts; a printshop (tickets/confirmations). The apartment has a good "welcome book" with nearby restaurant suggestions-the Italian was great! The very nice bathtub is long & totally relaxing for a tall person. I was there in mid May. Spring- the windows were closed & the apartment was quite. the location is on a busy main street, so there were some sirens heard, but it was not bothersome. The building entry is very secure & clean. The 2 bedrooms are situated near the rear of the building & open on to a common green space with trees & plants- it is very quiet at night. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space & shelves. there is a good locking safe. The lounge area is REALLY large. The entire apartment is very spacious & really comfortable. I liked being there, I would recommend the place & I would stay there again.

The perfect home away from home for two travelers! Pre-Arrival communication was excellent - host was proactive and made sure I had everything I needed days in advance. They were responsive via WhatsApp and made me feel safe and secure in choosing them. The property was super clean upon arrival and the beds and bedding on each were so cozy and comfortable. Tram stop 92/93 was right outside of the door, and made everything easy to get to with a market two blocks down for essentials. Even the water pressure and shampoo/conditioner/body wash was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Brussels and have a little space to themselves.

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.
Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.
On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
