This is a remarkable and unforgettable luxury home with so many interesting and comfortable rooms that it’s hard to imagine the experience by just the photos. It’s available every other Friday for 3 to 7 night bookings. The Master Bedroom wing is 1000 square feet with 14 foot ceilings and the library on the south end of the home also has the 14 foot ceilings and is just stunning.

Enjoy 5 additional common area rooms (dining, formal dining, kitchen, TV Room, living room), and a brand new screened in porch overlooking the back yard and sunset views. Explore the property and more than a mile of private trails. The common area room that has a sleeper sofa has 3 doors that close for privacy and doesn’t interrupt the flow of traffic through the rest of the home.

The sunset is just lovely. The wildlife and birds will make you relax in this very peaceful setting. It truly is amazing and it is less than 12 minutes and just 9 miles to the center of downtown Asheville!

Beautiful home, lots of room, very convenient...

Lovely home with nice views and so much space! We were celebrating our son's 30th birthday, and had such a nice visit, it's easy to get into town and Weaverville is so close. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Bill was easy to communicate with, his home is a beautiful vacation spot.

The house was lovely. Space was great! Outside was beautiful, cold this Christmas but did walk dog outside and we all enjoyed it. Bill was a great communicator! I would recommend this beautiful home and would stay again.

Nice mountain stay

Great place for a family get together. Three nice rooms upstairs; big master suite on the main floor; spacious bathrooms; plenty of glassware and dishes; 10 minutes to downtown Asheville: Owner was easy to work with and very accommodating; 5 minute drive to a nice park for the grandkids. Had several pretty sunsets during the week we were there. Grandkids loved playing hide and seek in the house.

Newlyweds celebrate independence Day

Enjoyed three days and three nights at this extravagant listing. The views from the backyard and within the home are incredible. We spent almost our whole stay here. On the rare occasion that we wanted to leave, it was so close to downtown. We we're always able to get an Uber, those sorts of conveniences contributed to our enjoyment immensely.

Private, Lovely and Spacious Home

The convenient location was a great hub for our family of 13 as we enjoyed several Asheville activities. The home was extremely clean and spacious. With pretty views, the home offers indoor and outdoor living spaces including a campfire area. The host was gracious and went up and beyond to accommodate our needs. I recommend this home wholeheartedly.

Family trip

This house was really cool. The adults loved the library and the back screened in porch. The kids enjoyed having their own space in the converted garage and exploring the house and the property. The house was very convenient to downtown. We would stay there again. Also, we did see a bear in the yard, but he didn’t bother us.

Wonderful Stay (great for big groups!)

We had SUCH a good time here! The property is gorgeous, unique, and it's out of the way enough that it feels very private even though you're only 10-15 minutes from Asheville. The house has lots of space - we were a group of 10 friends and we all were really comfortable. The grounds are really great too - multiple patios, beautiful view of the mountains, a nice basketball hoop and a grill! If you're planning on cooking, the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. We loved our stay here, and Bill was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

BillsMore Estate Delivers!

Spacious rooms and sprawling layout was cool. Library was unique and favorite room to hang out in. Property is secluded with great mountain views but 5 min from grocery! and 10-12 min to downtown Asheville! Yard is ample space for 4-legged friends. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Definitely will return.

Extraordinary Experience

Billsmore far exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the approach to the front of the home to the thorough investigation of every nook and cranny inside the house, including the porches, patios, and balconies, the entire family was simply blown away by the homeowner's attention to luxurious detail. Since this trip was our family's first annual vacation to celebrate the birth of our first grandchild, we wanted it to be special. This home with its expansive common spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms afforded family members the opportunity to either gather together comfortably or spend time in solitude. We were so infatuated with this home that we elected to make the most of the well-equipped chef's kitchen each evening, preparing the family's favorite dinner recipes before adjourning to the patio to see the breathtaking sunsets. Thank you, Bill, for making this vacation a truly extraordinary experience!

Lovely WNC Property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful with antique furniture, wood floors, and many gathering rooms. A great gas stove and capacious fridge and freezer rounds out a large kitchen with room for family members to cook together. The grounds and views around the house were lovely and our dogs enjoyed their walks in nature. There is only one drawback to the property - it is not suitable for older people who have any difficulty with stairs. The steps leading into the house are steep and have no handrail, the beds are very high and have no ladders, the toilets are very low and there are no safety rails in the showers. A suggestion to the owner about the well-equipped kitchen: the pots, pans, and cooking utensils are badly organized in the kitchen cabinets and drawers and some items needed cleaning before use. However, there were more than enough glassware, cutlery, and dishes to allow for our family’s meals. We would love to stay at this property again if it were more elderly-friendly.

Plenty of Room for the Whole Family!

We had seven adults and a toddler to house for a week. This house met our needs and we still had room for other family members that stayed nearby to come over for meals and fellowship. There is a HUGE master bedroom and master bath on the main floor that will take your breath away. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a en-suite bathroom. Then two more good-sized bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king-sized bed and the other room has a queen-sized bed. All of the bedrooms have plenty of pillows, soft sheets, a cotton blanket and comforter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room with a sofa sleeper. We did not use it, but it’s available. In the garage, there is a modular-type sofa that is massive and can be slept on. There are also two daybeds that are fully made-up. The garage has a good-sized TV and carpet. It’s fully air conditioned too. It was very comfortable. There are toys for children. There are also sports equipment (basketball, football, etc.) Off the garage is a basketball hoop. Personally, I think the garage is best for pre-teens and teens to sleep. It would be like a big sleepover. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked with dishes/cookware. The appliances are large & high-end. Overall, the house is clean and comfortable. The view from the back is gorgeous. I’d fully recommend renting. The host is super responsive and a wealth of information. The location is great too!

If you want a 5 star stay this is your place

My family and I decided to do something different for the Thanksgiving Holiday. One of my granddaughters read about Asheville and wanted to go there for our family getaway, I got on VRBO and started the hunt for a perfect house where we could all be comfortable. There were many lovely homes available but I kept coming back to this one. I sure made the right decision. This homes was an absolute dream home. The pictures hardly do it justice. The master bedroom suite was amazing, so much space with the most comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was fabulous. There were two more king size beds upstairs along with a queen. The bathrooms upstairs were equally spacious. The four working fireplaces were an added bonus for those chilly November mornings. The kitchen was just as amazing as the rest of the house. Sp spacious with top of the line appliances. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of eating room for all nine of us in both the kitchen and the dining room. My oldest grandson took over the garage room and absolutely loved it. It was toasty warm with a huge couch that we could all sit on and watch movies. The nine acres were so nice for my outdoor loving crew. Bill has been working on walking trails that make hiking so nice. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained along with a basketball goal for outside play. Talk about the host with the most, Bill absolutely is. He met us to show us all we needed to know about the house. If we found something we needed he had it to us so quickly. I have rented VRBO's over the years and never had a host that was as accommodating as Bill. He wanted our stay to be perfect and it was. The final thing that made this stay over the top was the exit plan. At every other VRBO I have ever rented, there was so much last minute things to be done as you are trying to leave to catch a flight. Striping the beds and starting the laundry is what you have to do at home, but you should not have to do it on vacation. You don't have to do that at a hotel and you don't have to do it here at this 5 Star home. If you are in the Asheville or Weaverville area, this is the house for you. So close to either town. Everything you need for your stay is so close and convienent. Thank you Bill for providing this fabulous home and your commitment to making sure we were well taken care of was unmatched. Our week was perfect.

The Pinnacle of Luxury...Yet Still Feels Like Home !

We rented this property because we were going to Asheville for our oldest son's college graduation. Due to life...we were renting a place very last minute , and were thankful that Bill (the home owner ), was so incredibly patient with our abundance of questions , and was beyond accommodating ! He is literally the best host we have ever rented from , and we travel often. We traveled with my parents , as well as my younger children , ranging from 18-14 months !!! Bill was more than happy to host our entire family , which was a relief . I expressed concern about the caliper of the property as it pertained to my 14 mo old (who could break an anvil ....), And Bill allowed me to purchase a vacation rental insurance plan , just in case of the unlikely event that my daughter damaged something. It gave us both Peace of Mind , although he expressed to me over and over that his home was welcoming for the entire family. My teenage boys loved the converted garage . They slept down there , watched TV, and loved the shuffleboard game. There is plenty of space for them to stretch out ,and just be kids. The kitchen is absolutely phenomenal. My husband is cooking enthusiast , and he was simply enthralled by the kitchen. There is everything and anything you could possibly need ! Bill provided far more than expected .Just beyond! The house is super accessible which was a must for us . No super windy uphill climbs . The entrence is right by the road , yet the house is still nestled far enough back, that it feels private and open. There are a couple of close options for grocery stores , and fast food. The one thing that blew us away was how beautiful the views are from the main window by the kitchen looking out. It's a gorgeous view, which we didn't expect , being so close to civility ;). I love mountain views , but don't want to be four wheel drive accessible to get them ! The house seems to go on for days inside. Room after room of immaculately decorated , yet still cozy rooms. We were able to both spread out , and also congregate with no problems. There are also plenty of TV's (which is a must for my sports enthusiast husband ☺️ The bedrooms are Ritz Carlton level exquisite. I agree with the other reviews , the pictures simply don't do the property justice at all. When we arrived at the property , it was decorated for Christmas , an exciting surprise and great for pictures! We are all thankful to Bill for his Flexibility and Hospitality !

I am the owner of this home and proud to present it to my guests as my second high end luxury home to the VRBO market. It's been nearly 2 years since I purchased this home and have worked hard on turning it into a really amazing vacation experience. This 50-year-old colonial home went through major improvements and expansions in 2004, and I am making constant improvements to the property to make it more like an outdoor living room with the amazing wooded and park like setting. It's really just stunning.

This property provides space for quiet reflection inside and out. A great place for a large family or 4 couples to get away to enjoy the area...and have just as much fun enjoying and appreciating where they are staying. I'll be adding more photos as improvements and projects are completed but it's ready to rent and will be a great experience for many.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Many homes advertise being "close" to Asheville, but this home is 9 miles from the front gate to the center of downtown. There is only one stop sign, and then it's smooth sailing down I-26 into downtown Asheville when you'll come to your first light. I've made the trip in 11-12 minutes.

That being said...when you see the entrance gate and turn into the property, you will be amazing as you drive down the 100-yard driveway to the circular driveway and the grand front porch where you might just want to sit back and watch nature with a cold beverage.
