Heavens Hillside in Black Bear Falls

The great location, cozy atmosphere, beautiful views, wraparound porch and new hot tub will surely make this 800 square foot cabin the first step towards a truly memorable Smoky Mountain vacation!

Black Bear Falls is a highly sought after eighty unit log home community with swimming pool, clubhouse, no steep roads and is only one mile off East Parkway from red light 2A.

"Heavens Hillside” is a rare cabin with a view that is normally reserved for larger and much more expensive cabins and chalets. In Gatlinburg it's very hard to find that "million dollar view" in a smaller sleep 4 cabin. The cabin is very tastefully decorated and offers a gas fireplace for Fall and Winter season, new leather sofa and love seat, two queen size bedrooms, beds are new and super comfortable, both bedrooms have smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. There are two full baths with tub shower combo.

When you arrive, you will love the level parking with plenty of room for two cars and only three steps to the covered front porch that runs the full length of cabin. The courtyard garden is complete with flowers, bird house and picnic table that is sure to please.

With all the conveniences of home, in a beautiful and peaceful location that’s just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, go-karting, zip lining, Arts & Crafts Community and more.

Because Heavens Hillside is so close to downtown, you’ll have scores of restaurants just outside your doorstep. Sometimes nothing is as cozy as enjoying a family dinner in, which is why the cabin has a fully equipped kitchen. Full size refrigerator/freezer and oven/stove, microwave, gadgets, cookware, tableware: You’ll find everything you need right here. Another big plus is Food City is only 1.5 miles away.

Maximum occupants are limited to four guests. This is a pet free and smoke free cabin so that our visitors with allergies can also enjoy. Thank you for your understanding. We love our pets; however, we want to make this cabin allergy friendly for all. We take pride in offering our guests a well-maintained clean cabin with nice dishes, furnishings, grill and all the comforts of home. If grilling, bring your charcoal. We welcome you to "Heavens Hillside" where memories are made.

Definitely a Million Dollar View!
This property has an amazing view! The property is perfect for older people who can't climb stairs. Only 3 steps to the front porch and everything is on one level. This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it didn't disappoint.

The view from this cabin is amazing!! Liked the one-level layout of the cabin. Not a big cabin, but has everything that you might need. The location is neat, clean, quiet, while also being close to everything.

Gatlinburg Cabin
Unfortunately at the last minute we were unable to make this trip due to health concerns. The hosts graciously agreed to let my sisters take our place. They have thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. They were very impressed and had an awesome time. Hopefully after my husband is healed we can make the trip.

Heavens hillside was a beautiful cabin. Very clean. Incredible view of the mountains. There were 4 of us. And we’re very comfortable. Plenty of room. My mom has mobility issues and that was not a problem there. Everything was on one floor. Will definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay at this cute cabin. The view of the mountains were amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Getting used to the curvy roads and sharp turns was tricky but we managed. We are from Louisiana so it was new to us. Can’t wait to come back one day!

Great Cabin!
Absolutely a wonderful cabin! Great location and an incredible view. The cabin is nicely decorated, clean and beds were very comfortable. My family visits Gatlinburg at least once a year and we definitely want to stay here again. We already starting looking at availability in the fall and around the holidays.

Adorable and Clean!
Loved our stay! We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the cabin was and the fast communication with our host. The hilltop neighborhood was quiet - barely knew any other chalets were around, and the location was so convenient to access both Gatlinburg and PF. But it was the views from the deck that was just what the doctor ordered. The chalet itself is small but had everything we could need. We’d love to come back!
