Presenting "Songbird Santa Fe" ...a thoughtfully designed private residence, built to capture the stunning views of Sedona's Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock.

A preferred location in West Sedona that is walking distance to the Sugar Loaf trailhead and a minute away from the main drag on route AZ-89.

Fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals and designer thrift stores, with easy parking.

West Sedona gives you the best of all worlds; convenience without hassles of Uptown traffic!

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!

We had a great stay! House was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Beautifully maintained and private courtyard/patio. Hot tub was a bonus after long days of hiking. Location was ideal. We were close to everything. Host was very organized with clear directions and local hints. Check in/out was a breeze! Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Wonderful red rock stay

We had a wonderful time and everything was well stocked, clean, responsive and well situated. The property has a light level of quality- beds, sheets, towels, spa, kitchen, and decor. We will happily come back for the great hikes and restorative stay.

Loved, love this home!

This home is in a great location, convenient to all the hikes and restaurants. We loved the layout, it was well stocked, nicely done all around. The hot tub and front patio were amazing. The host was responsive and answered my call when I asked to check in a little early! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The house is amazing and beautiful. Went for a girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the location for it's proximity to restaurants and hiking. The hot tub was used nightly after long days of hiking. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful experience

I stayed here with my spouse, three of my siblings and their spouses. We all remarked on how wonderful everything in the house was. Beautiful furniture, comfortable seating, comfortable beds and pillows, great spa, walking distance to a great trail, close to town, etc etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time

What an excellent time we had in Sedona! The rental was perfect in location, size, amenities and price. We had everything we needed (even a salad spinner!) and then some. I highly recommend this rental and would rent again.
