Come stay awhile at the Tipsy Fish! Located between 2 wine trails, our newly built home has all you need to make your vacation in the Finger Lakes one of the best.
3 bedrooms and 2 full bath, 3 large decks with amazing sunrise views. Linens/towels are not provided for this property.
A set of steps accessed from the north side of the home will lead you down to a lower patio, firepit and the lake. Our 60' dock can accommodate many sizes of boats including larger pontoons. Kayaks, paddle boards and a huge Aqua Lily Pad also await you on the patio. There are some life vests in the shed. Take advantage of all the lake has to offer and make your own fun!
The house has 3 queen beds and a queen air mattress for extra guests. We also have a full bath on each floor. The basement level has the access to the hot tub and patio.
Log into any of your streaming apps on the TV or hook up a game system. Blackstone grill is always ready to go.
Watkins Glen and Seneca lake are a quick 20 min drive; Keuka Lake and the closest winery are just 5 minutes. There is dining at the top of our lake or zip over to Keuka for a few more options. There is a dog park at the bottom of Keuka Lake and many trails at the North end with waterfalls!
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome! We have a fully fenced in front yard for them to romp around in.
We can't wait to welcome you to our home- come for the wine but stay for everything else!

We loved our stay here! The house is exactly as described, super clean and stocked with all the essentials and plenty of space for our group of 6. Location was perfect, right on the lake and close to wineries and Watkins Glen state park. Highly recommend!!

We had the best time! The home was gorgeous, super clean, and very well maintained. We got to enjoy the water, the views, and movies at night time snuggled on one of 3 couches! The beds were comfortable too. Everything seemed new and worked perfectly.

This was our second time staying at this house this season and we absolutely love it! It has so many water activities for you to do. It’s equipped with everything a rental home would need. The views are spectacular! The host was very quick was responding as well! Bringing our dogs is the cherry on top of a truly amazing stay! Absolutely beautiful , immaculate house and a wonderful setting, surrounding! Decks overlooking water, hot tub, so pet friendly , and so much space for lodging and relaxation. Hosts were so friendly and helpful and easily reachable with very quick replies, and so hospitable and so happy to please us during our stay! It was a wonderful home to gather with our grown children and spend some beautiful family time together.
