Doté de tous les conforts de la maison, cette chambre spacieuse de 3 chambres avec grand loft, 2. 5 maison de salle de bain peut accueillir confortablement les familles les plus surdimensionnés.

Situé sur un lot surdimensionné, Heron Way a plus de 200 pieds de façade »de niveau et un grand quai. L'embouchure de Sugar Creek est juste à côté du quai où un excitant! 2 mile nature aventure vous attend. Plus que suffisant pratique parking est juste devant notre porte avant et la pelouse environnante est assez grand pour la plupart des jeux de cour. Aménagement paysager mature et 8 'escrime crée la vie privée introuvables avec la plupart des maisons de vacances.

Cette maison est décorée avec goût et amplement meublé avec toutes les commodités de la maison. La cuisine moderne est idéalement situé dans le centre de la maison et la plupart des chambres offrent une Lakeview. Le salon dispose d'un plafond cathédrale, quatre puits de lumière, une cheminée en pierre des champs et une grande télévision. Le porche de soleil avant a des murs en pin noueux, un ventilateur de plafond pour garder le déplacement de l'air en été et 6 portes coulissantes en verre de sorte que le soleil peut verser. La chambre principale est située au premier étage et dispose d'un grand walk-in et salle de bain spacieuse avec 6 'baignoire à remous. Arrêt de la chambre des maîtres est une plate-forme au bord du lac qui mène à votre douche de la nature et un bain à remous bleu. Les maisons de deux autres chambres sont également situés au premier étage; on a même une terrasse privée! Le deuxième étage mezzanine surdimensionné (non clôturé) donne sur le salon offrant un endroit calme pour lire votre roman préféré. Le loft a aussi un 12 'balcon couvert donnant sur le lac.

Heron Way est complète avec Wi-Fi, TV dans chaque chambre, lave-vaisselle, lecteur DVD, laveuse / sécheuse, feu de cheminée, et a l'air centrale et de la chaleur.

Remarque: La profondeur de l'eau quais peut varier de 5 à 1. 3 pieds. Le fond est doux et bateaux avec des tirants d'eau et d'un quai garniture facilement. Quenouilles bordent le rivage et plaquettes Lilly font l'un des meilleurs spots de pêche de Keuka. Excellente piscine est disponible de 300 «off shore, la" barre de sable ". Une chaloupe, un canot et violet pédalo sont fournis pour faciliter l'accès. Piscine sur le quai est pauvre.

The property was great had a large yard for the dogs. We went in the fall so we didnt care about water activities but the hot tub was also a nice feature. And still active when we were there.There could have been one more full bath but most properties in the area dont have that either. Washer and dryer are in the master suite which might be a little inconvenient if you are staying a week with a lot of people. Also the washer is a front loader and needs a cleaning cyle run every month and left open after using to get rid of the mildew smell in the washer.

Great area for family and friends

It was spacious and comfortable, lots of windows and light, beautiful view of the lake, and well built so people can branch off or hang out together. While it rained the whole time and we countny enjoy the lake as much it was still beautiful and we loved the porches and balconies

Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect for a girls trip up to the finger lakes, with 5 queen beds and a king bed there is plenty of space. Be warned there is no grocery store near by so bring your provisions with you but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Fabulous Finger Lake vacation

The Heron Way property was perfect for summer family week. All 3 of my adult children with their spouses and little ones and me living together was like old times and future times all in one. The house was plenty big enough for high energy kids an adult relaxation. Close to the Keuka state park, nice beach and playground for kids. I was fully pleased with the whole week.

Girls getaway

Our group of 11 ladies absolutely loved everything about the property. The house was more than big enough for our entire group and the setting of it was perfect. Loved waking up and enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee on the big deck before exploring!

Very nice large home on the lake near many great wineries. Quite private and very peaceful.

Had a great New Year with friends, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying each other’s company. House is large, with all that is needed. Very peaceful and comfortable!

beautiful location

this house on the lake has amazing views! looking out on the lake and bird watching was so relaxing! the location is convenient to many walking/hiking trails. our favorite was the blue trail at Keuka State Park... only 7 minutes away! highly recommend

Christmas staying

This house is everything that was written about in the comments before. It is invitingly lit and very clean. We were 10 people (6 adults and 4 children + a dog) and it was spacious and room for all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything important for cooking and the family area was very pleasant. The view is extraordinary and we even used the hot tub on the deck. I highly recommend coming to this house for a vacation!

beautiful place

We had a great long weekend at this house. The entry process was very easy. Premier was easy to deal with and answered an email inquiry very quickly. We had 7 of us and had plenty of room. We loved there was so much seating. The hot tub was wonderfully relaxing. If we had to nitpick - there could be more medium sized bowls, a full measuring cup set, and the ceiling above the slider in the front bedroom would be fixed. and that's really nitpicking! The kitchen was well stocked and there was still plenty of room in the pantry for our food. And we brought a lot of food. Overall a wonderful weekend at a beautiful house.

Million dollar lake view

We had an amazing time at this waterfront property for a much needed weekend to the Finger Lakes where we could isolate safely in a bubble. We squealed when we entered the home! My three friends and I loved getting coffee at Flour Cafe and Bakery and sipping it on the porch looking at the water each morning. Gorgeous windows really show off the lake, and the hot tub in the evenings was the perfect way to relax. Three private bedrooms on the main floors and a spacious loft made sleeping arrangements easy. Kitchen has everything you need. Never could figure out the fireplace, and a little tough to find the turn into the property in the dark in November, but wonderful privavy. Management company was great to work with and answered my questions about the area :). Super clean!! Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again!

Not a true VRBO

This house is beautiful, the lake is stunning and the hot tub is awesome. It is comfy cozy in the winter and we enjoyed our stay. But a warning, this rental is actually through a property manager not an owner. Because of that some things you come to expect on VRBO were not there. For example communication prior to arrival was strained. I felt simple questions were met with snarky or incomplete answers. You also have to bring everything which is normal for rental companies but not normal for rental by owner as I have done both. Normally anything left by previous guests owners leave there, rental companies remove everything so bring all of your own soaps, food wraps, paper products, ect. Kitchen was also lacking cutlery, sharp knives and a working can opener. Great place just be prepared.

Leaves a lot to be desired

The cleanliness of the property was adequate but not great. We had to sweep the deck that was covered with sticks and leaves. My 6 year old grandson found a Smirnoff Ice under his pillow on one of the loft beds. And there was a blue pill on the counter in the bathroom. Makes one wonder how thorough the cleaning team is. I called Fingerlakes Premier Properties around 5:00 on Sat 4/3 after our 4:00 check in and left a message. We didn’t expect a response on Easter Sunday but I never heard from them on Monday so I reached out. I did reach a man named Josh and told him our concerns. The pocket door to the half bath upstairs was not sliding adequately and then came completely off track so you could not close or move the door. We had asked by email a week prior to check in about having some patio furniture out and they said they were checking into it. Josh did send someone on Tuesday and they put a table and 6 chairs on the deck. They were quite dirty and the wicker unraveling on one of the chair backs. The ice maker doesn’t work, many of the screens on the patio doors have holes in them and the deck and dock need lots of work to make them decent. Although we enjoyed our family time and the area I don’t feel the property was worth what we paid. I emailed the management company again on Thursday to say they should get that pocket door repaired as by the calendar someone else was checking in today. We had 3 boys sleeping in the loft so it was fine that the bathroom door wouldn’t close but it really should work appropriately for your guests who pay good money! And by the way, I still have not gotten a response to my email from 2 days ago to Fingerlakes Premier Properties.

Just about right for a long weekend family getaway

My family and I stayed from a Thursday - Monday. What we liked best about this property was the ample and open spaces that accommodated our group very well. Being late-May, we weren't expecting the weather to cooperate enough to make us want to swim, but it was HOT. The water directly off the dock is indeed poor, as the listing warns. However, the sandbar that is ~300 ft from the dock was fairly easy to find and a few of us did use the canoe to venture out and take a dip in the chilly water. It would have been nice to take more people out, however there was no drain plug supplied for the rowboat - which made it unusable!! We were able to use the canoe and one of the paddle boats. Some things to note if considering this rental: * Only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided * Though ample kitchen & dish utensils, dish ware, glasses, pots & pans are provided (3 dishwasher pods were there for us to use) - there are NO other kitchen amenities. Bring your own dish soap, sponge, paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, coffee maker filters, etc. We arrived to none of these & needed to make a fairly large grocery run to get them. * The grill grates could be in better condition. Bring a good grill grate spray! * Fire pit wood is not provided * I noticed on an earlier review (Apr. 2021) that the reviewer said the bathroom pocket door in the loft area came off it's track. It did for us too!! A call to maintenance was made and they made note. The door would shut (sort of) but not securely. * New shower heads are needed in both showers. Or they at least need a good clean-out as the calcium buildup makes them spray incredibly uneven! Despite these notes, our family had a great stay. The location is very private and the space is wonderful for a large group. The house was clean. Bath towels and bed linens for each bed/person staying were wrapped up in a sanitary manner & ready for us to make each bed. We had 2 dogs with us and a goodie bag was provided for each pooch. There was also a human goodie bag provided that included two nice multi-spice jars that were well used.

Relaxing get away

Heron Way was a nice place to relax, enjoy the scenery of the lake and the heron that visited multiple times a day, and just escape from the normal grind. It was easy to get to and just as described. It would be plenty big enough for a larger party but this was just me and the husband. We enjoyed our time at the property and in the Finger Lakes.

Beautiful view and convenient to Wineries and Trails

We had a group of 10 ladies that gathered to celebrate a bride and her upcoming wedding. The bedrooms worked out well and we enjoyed the hot tub. The group rented a limo and toured four local wineries on Saturday. The only negative was that even though there are tvs in almost every room, none of them would connect to anything but the listing advertised satellite tv. Imagine our dismay when all 10 of us had to watch the NCAA final four tournament on a small iPad while sitting in front of a giant blank tv in the living room. If there is a special to get them to work perhaps the rental company/owner could provide laminated instructions? Other than that we enjoyed the property and our stay. Thanks

Keuka Lake 2021

We came up to the area because our son is getting married at Crispin Hills next September and we wanted to see the venue/ will need to rent a place next year. This house was great!! Very secluded with a beautiful view of the lake. Lots of room inside too. Our only complaints are there was an issue with the fridge door, it kept opening up. Luckily we had some duct tape with us so we were able to tape it closed. Lol. We also thought the grill was a bit dirty, but we just used the oven.

Beautiful Lakefront Setting

This unit was exactly as presented. Large open floor plan and many bedrooms made this a great family retreat location. The row boat was handy, and we caught large and smallmouth bass, pickerel, perch, bluegills, sunfish and rock bass in the surrounding shallow water at the end of the lake. Ospreys, blue herons, ducks, soft shelled turtles visited the area overhead and dock quite often. We enjoyed and used every amenity that the unit offered and would come back again.
