- Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.

Great stay in DURAM, NC

Me and my family enjoyed staying at Trillium 2BR suite @ hillside park. The home was well maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!!!

A Home Away from Home

Our visit centered around the Duke University Hospital several very tense days -- Trillium was a welcome place to return to and relax getting ready for the next day Trillium is clean, up to date, very well equipped with everything you need -- we would stay there again

Great long term stay!

I stayed in this property for 14 weeks total. It’s a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a quadraplex. Neighbors were nice. Nice backyard for the dog. Very responsive hosts! Definitely recommend.

Duke University Move-In Day

The apartment’s location was great, close to Duke University, to down town and great restaurants. The 2 bedrooms were very accommodating, spacious and clean. We did not use the kitchen but it was well equipped. Shower pressure was great. Overall stay was great.

2025 Durham

Communication with Jason was effective. He was very responsive to our requests for fixing of a few issues. Rooms are well-sized and comfortable. Essential kitchen equipmen, pots and pans were available. In particular, vacuum cleaner was there which made it easy to clean up.Neighbourhood is safe. There is a public bus stop within a walking distance of 2 minutes.

My wife had extensive back surgery at Duke. This condo was convenient to the hospital. it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend for anyone having a procedure at Duke Medical. The only issue I had was the price quoted increased as I booked the property.

Left After 45 Minutes — Bugs Everywhere and Still Got Charged

I showed up late at night and immediately noticed bugs all over the place — floors, walls, even near the bed. It was super gross and clearly not cleaned properly.I ended up leaving by 3 a.m., less than an hour after arriving, because there was no way I could sleep there. What really blew my mind was that I still got charged for the night and a cleaning fee — even though I was barely there and the place wasn’t clean to begin with.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience — that’s absolutely not the standard I aim to provide, and I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive late at night and find the home in that condition. I sincerely apologize for the bugs and any cleanliness issues you encountered. This is not acceptable, and I’m already addressing it with my cleaning team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I understand your frustration about being charged despite leaving early, and I’ll be reviewing your reservation and cleaning fee with VRBO to see what can be done in terms of a refund or adjustment. Your feedback is important, and I truly regret that your stay began — and ended — this way. What a DUMP in a *sketchy* area

Arrived at this rental after driving for four hours. The rental was not clean. Hair all over the beds and linens. Food stuck to cooking utensils and counter tops. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Can’t lock the bedroom window, but there is a burglar bar placed over it. The images of this place depicted on vrbo DO NOT match up to what I got. Broken, dinged up furniture, mildew on lamp shades and I was forced to pay an unrefundable “damage” insurance. I contacted the host regarding safety/uncleanliness. He sent a cleaning person over, but there was still toothpaste in the bathroom sink, broken, dusty blinds, hair everywhere. Just disgusting. I asked to pay for one night and the cleaning fee (even though I was only there for two hours) and get a refund for the remainder of the rental period. Host refused. I didn’t want to leave a bad review. I didn’t want to contact vrbo about this. Host refused the refund….SO, if you are looking to rent this property, don’t walk…..RUN to a better location that doesn’t have a musty odor like this one. What is described and depicted in images is not what you will get. In the wise words of Betty Davis “what a dump”.

Sadly, this is an instance of a guest booking with the intention of breaking a house rule and was not happy when they learned we would not allow it. As a result, it turns into a retaliatory libelous review using VRBO as a venting-ground. Should any guest like to have a face time or WhatsApp video call to virtually tour the unit, we’re happy to do that and we can go around to any part of it and zoom in where you like. This unit is professionally cleaned and receives monthly pest control. Employees also live walking distance to this unit. Kindly discard this review and look at the other ones. This is not a genuine reflection of what this unit really is. My apologies for the negativity. Blessings to everyone :)

Extended stay in Durham.

This is a great location and a great place. We ended up extending our stay by almost 2 weeks and where very comfortable. It has a great backyard for those traveling with a pet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great long term stay

Centrally located - easy drive to all area hospitals. Quiet neighborhood, nice back yard to walk the dog. Definitely recommend. I would certainly stay here again!
