Great unit

My daughter and I stayed here when we went to Miami for the Taylor Swift concert. It was really nice and clean with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed it!

Beautiful view, great location... but...

The property was pretty much as described, however a number of minor inconveniences conspired to diminish our enjoyment... 1. No garbage receptacle apart from bathroom 2. Poor lighting (in evening) 3. Property is crying for an update, including new carpeting 4. Housekeeping (at an additional charge) was poor 5. Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly 6. TV had a fuzzy reception and most channels did not work More on the positive side... 1. The bed was very comfortable 2. There is lots of closet space 3. The room is very quiet 4. Nice patio

Wonderful Experience!

My friends and I had a great experience at Eytan's condo at the Fontaineblue! The room was just as expected and more. There is a wonderful view of the pool and ocean right off of the balcony, and the hotel itself is one of my friend group's favorites. Thank you for everything!

My 4th of July stay at the Fontainebleau

The Jr Suite was very nice and clean. The online photos did the room justice and all was as expected. The view was very nice offering us vistas of the pool, the ocean and the inter-coastal. One bonus that I did not mentioned in the listing is that there's an ice-maker in the mini-fridge which proved super helpful as we did not have to call room service every time we needed some ice. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. I am disappointed in the hotel itself, but this holds ***no bearing on the property owner nor this booking*** We were unable to check-in to our room until 5:35pm! This is just unacceptable to me and I've never had to wait this long to check-in to any room ever and I'm an avid traveler. The hotel did offer to buy us a cocktail for the inconvenience but I just wanted to get into my room. Also, I was charged $25 for a cocktail at the pool as it was "last call" and I never got my drink. I looked all over for the waitress but she was gone. The next day I located her and told her about it. She said she was working a different area and would get our cocktail waitress to talk to me about it. She never came and I never got that $25 drink. Last but certainly not least, there were lots of thefts at the hotel during my stay. Saddest part of this tale, is that my father passed away after his fight with lung cancer and my husband was wearing his Adidas sandals as a small token of remembrance and they were stolen on our first day at the hotel :( This was heartbreaking. But again, none of this has anything to do with the property owner. He was great and I would HIGHLY recommend staying at his properties. He's honest and a good communicator. Just keep an close eye on your things if hanging around the Fontainebleau pool!

The room is great with a perfect view and the hotel itself is one of my favorite places to stay in Miami because you never have to leave the resort due to them having everything you could want!

Enjoyable visit

Fountainebleau is a wonderful property. Spectacular restaurants, pools, health club and beach. Condo has great view and is very comfortable. Kitchenette is very tiny and not functional. Refrigerator does not keep food cold and there were no pots to use on stove top. Balcony only has one chair.

Amazing view!

This unit has a breathtaking view! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used valet and was able to retrieve our car within 5 minutes every time! Will definitely stay in this unit again!

Great Trip!

We had an amazing time. The room was perfect and so were the grounds. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. The check in process was very smooth and we had no issues throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
