Located in popular Sonoma Resort, our home is the perfect place to stay for a care and stress-free holiday away. Whether you are looking to spend long days lounging by the pool, exploring the parks or stretching your legs on one of the surrounding golf-courses, this is the perfect location. Guests benefit from access to all the excellent facilities including clubhouse, swimming pool and the fitness area, so there truly is something for everyone, with all you need on your doorstep!

The space
This stunning 10BR family-friendly home located at Sonoma Luxury Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, gym, parking, and more! You'll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry for your enjoyment.

You'll also gain full access to Sonoma Luxury Resort, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with a water-slide and poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, and a walking/jogging trail.

House is just as pictured. Very clean. Only note is the couches in living room do sit pretty low so anyone with knee problems or elderly family members might have issues getting up. Thats just personal preference the house was amazing! Any issues or questions were answered quickly.

Great stay for two foursomes

Eight senior golfers - perfect house and location. Home was as advertised - lots of room and well kept. The common area (kitchen, dining, TV) was large and perfect for socializing. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers made managing the kitchen very convenient. The owner was always responsive to any questions. Room to park 4 cars. We would stay again.

Good Property for Large Groups

We had 9 people come down for a tennis trip. The property was nice in that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms for the most part. We arrived in Orlando at 12 PM and the check in wasn't until 4 pm. The host allowed us to check in at 3 PM complimentary. I requested a 12-1PM check in as there were no other guests and she wanted us to pay 100-200 additionally. I thought it wouldn't have made any difference to let us check in early, so I was disappointed by that. The pool table was uneven and doesn't play true. I messaged the host about it and it wasn't acknowledged. It is an additional cost to heat the pool and the gas grill propane is required to be provided by the tenant. Overall, I liked the property and the host was nice. I think they could do a better job to improve hospitability by allowing early check ins at no additional cost if no one is on the property. Also, providing gas for the gas grill and some additional things like aluminum foil, salt, pepper and some house hold basics. I would probably stay again, just temper my expectations around the hospitability of the host.

Nice house. Didn't like the neighborhood or location

The house is large and nicely appointed. The pool table had a broken leg which was somehow propped up but the table was uneven. We attempted to play pool, but all of the balls rolled in 1 direction and ended up in the same pocket. This was amusing for a short while.We were six golfers over 60. Several of the men could not figure out how to use the tv's in their room. There should have been an instruction sheet.We got a 25 ticket because one of our vehicles was not pulled up far enough and the rear end was "blocking" the sidewalk. A warning would've been nice.Finally, we wanted to use the gym at the clubhouse, but it was closed for renovation.The Sonoma resort is a stamped out "resort" where all of the houses are pretty much the same on the outside and very close to each other. Any noise from the neighbors house was heard in our unit.Finally, although advertised as 10 minutes form Disney, the traffic there mad 30 minutes a more reasonable estimate.

Kissimmee stay Sonoma Resorts

Very nice home/community! Upstairs living area furniture could use an updating due to wear and tear and cleanliness. I would recommend this 10 bedroom 8 bathroom home. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. The host responded quickly to concerns.

Amazing

Not only was the host pleasant, but the property was amazing. The host communicated with me from beginning to end taking care of me and my family's every question and need. I can't thank Chunning enough for what he/she did for us during our spring break vacation. I've already suggested this property to more of my friends and family. We really enjoyed it. 10/10..

ORLANDO GOLF TRIP

THE HOUSE WORKED PERFECTLY FOR OUR GOLF GROUP OF 8 PLAYERS. EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM AND WE HAD A VERY NICE LIVING AREA WHERE WE COULD ALL GATHER AND WATCH GOLF OR BALL GAMES. THE KITCHEN WAS VERY NICE AND WE COOKED A FEW MEALS THERE BEFORE HEADING TO THE GOLF COURSE. HOPE TO BE BACK NEXT YEAR. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE RECEIVED A CITATION FOR BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK. THERE WAS NOT ATTENDANT AT THE GATE WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN AS TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS. NOT PLANNING ON PAYING A CITATION THAT WAS NOT DESERVED.

overall good, but missing items

Our stay was great, but the listing was missing a couple of things. The pool table was not usable either, on account of non working sticks. There were not enough towels for everyone. But the host was nice and on top of the communication,

Great Place, Hard to Communicate

It was great, but there wasn't enough soap and when we tried to communicate with the owners, we received automated responses instead of answers to our question, so we just went out and purchased everything else we needed that there wasn't enough of. The thermostat kept automatically changing to where it was heating up the upstairs and making it so hot up there. We couldn't figure out how to get the temperature to stay put. Some instructions for that would be helpful. It was a nice place to stay overall and we would likely stay there again.

Needs a major clean-up

This home was not as advertised. The pictures are deceiving as it was not very clean. This is the least well stocked home I have ever rented. You'll have to buy everything. No salt, pepper, oil etc... Ran out of garbage bags on day 3. The floors were sticky. Two dishwashers but only one worked. Lights in master bathroom toilet area not working, pool was green and unusable.

Nice Place, Good Owner

We came down for a family reunion. The house was great, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Good thing we ate out a lot; kitchen supplies are very limited. Nice neighborhood, we felt safe walking around at night. The owner was very responsive to our needs through VRBO messaging. Even had an Amazon delivery with kitchen items. Overall good experience

Good stay

Stay was good for large group of people. Only issue was the pool heater being broken and not being communicated to us. There was also a fair amount of dust in the bedrooms. Otherwise the house was in good condition and was accurate to the online listing. Really like the neighborhood location. Would recommend and stay again.

This property is as advertised. Clean, spacious, accommodating and basically everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a large family. Host we very engaging and helpful. Don't second guess this one, you'll love the property.

Pleasant stay

Very large and spacious home that 15 people are able to enjoy. Many bathrooms for all and plenty of closet space to spread out. Extremely comfortable heated pool with jacuzzi was super pleasant even at 9pm. Property manager very responsive and considerate. Will use again if need arises.

Family and Fun for the Holiday

This was the perfect setting for my family to spend this Thanksgiving Holiday together. The house is arranged perfectly to allow for families to have their own space' yet be together for meals and fun. It is located close to Disney and many fun places for the family to enjoy. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need for cooking and grilling. The pool is perfect for children and adults. Everyone loved the space and is already planning for a return trip!
