Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The King Suite room with a Balcony is a one bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette, separate bedroom with a King size bed, and a full bathroom. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This suite is on the third floor.

This room is 526 sqft. with a 84 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 610 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.

Great location!

This place is very conveniently located. It’s great to not have to drive to the restaurants and bars on Folly. Folly beach is very heavily patrolled for drunk drivers (and for good reason too). If the night life is your scene, this is a great place to stay.

Nice place. Love the decor. Much colder in bedroom compared to living area, but we adjusted by keeping bedroom door open. We could not figure how turn off TV in living room—or change the volume. We were able to change the channel. We will have happy memories of the trip

Great time on Folly

My husband and I checked out of this rental today and were sad to leave. We were booked for four nights and actually extended it for an additional night because the weather was just so perfect and we needed a little more beach time. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband, myself and our little dog. The bed and furniture were comfortable everything was clean and the rental had everything we needed. Normally, we like to stay closer to the beach, but it was so nice to be right on Center Street and close to restaurants, and it really isn’t that far of a walk or bike ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Yes, there are a couple of flights of stairs, but it just helped me get my steps in so I could eat more seafood and ice cream:-) I also want to add that the response time was very quick to a small issue we had with the beach chairs. It was fixed within the hour.
