We visit the Charleston area often. We wanted a place where we could relax, shop, and enjoy the beach. This was a great property for all of the above. Convenient to the restaurants, the beach, and a quick drive the Charleston. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic, conveniently located to lots of shops, restaurants and beach. The guess book was a big help on things to do in the area.

Great location!

This place is very conveniently located. It’s great to not have to drive to the restaurants and bars on Folly. Folly beach is very heavily patrolled for drunk drivers (and for good reason too). If the night life is your scene, this is a great place to stay.

This room was amazing. The view from the balcony and living room overlooking the marsh and boats was amazing. Tons of window light in the living room and a huge window in the bedroom overlooking the boardwalk over the marsh. Easy walk to restaurants and bars right up the street. We'll worth the walk to not have to fight for an expensive parking spot. About 8 minute walk to the greatest pier ever and the beach access. We took the Flippers Adventure from the office right next door. We caught the boat at the boat ramp right by the room. The room was so clean with everything looking brand new and well taken care of. The walls were perfect and not scratched or marked up. The bathroom and shower were great. We had our dog. There is a park about 450 yards away across the street to take your pet. John was the person who answered my calls and queations. He was timely and friendly and great with following up with a voicemail or email or text. I cannot say enough about this rental!

Nice place. Love the decor. Much colder in bedroom compared to living area, but we adjusted by keeping bedroom door open. We could not figure how turn off TV in living room—or change the volume. We were able to change the channel. We will have happy memories of the trip

Great time on Folly

My husband and I checked out of this rental today and were sad to leave. We were booked for four nights and actually extended it for an additional night because the weather was just so perfect and we needed a little more beach time. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband, myself and our little dog. The bed and furniture were comfortable everything was clean and the rental had everything we needed. Normally, we like to stay closer to the beach, but it was so nice to be right on Center Street and close to restaurants, and it really isn’t that far of a walk or bike ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Yes, there are a couple of flights of stairs, but it just helped me get my steps in so I could eat more seafood and ice cream:-) I also want to add that the response time was very quick to a small issue we had with the beach chairs. It was fixed within the hour.
