Great stay

Cabin was great! We loved that it overlooked the play area and the beach. We were able to keep an eye on our older kids while our younger kids napped. Would stay again!

The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and requests. We absolutely loved the location of this property as well as the waterfront and docking options. It does, however, need updating which we were told will happen this year. It had a nice open space for gathering in the main area along with two nice deck spaces and a convenient fire pit. We look forward to our next visit!

Stay in Alexandria

The place was gorgeous and had two decks. The teenagers had a blast they went jet skiing, swimming and boating. There were amenities like a paddle boat, kayak, etc. Overall great place and would return.

The cabin is more for hunters not a girls night out. Old everything, beds hard, old towel, dirty rug, broken blinds. Heard noise in the walls at night.

Listing wasn't quite accurate. There was no shampoo, no washcloths, switches on two lamps were broken, no tissues, one hand soap dispenser in the whole cabin. We washed all the dishes, cookware before use because things didn't seem super clean in the kitchen.Otherwise, beds were comfortable, space was really nice for our use. Check in was easy and pleasant.

Wonderful Place

There were 9 of us family members. Location was great, very accessible to shopping and restaurants. Cabin was very clean. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

Cute cabin great for a weekend stay!

This cabin was perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of sleeping space and the two decks overlooking the lake were beautiful! The large living room was perfect for us to play games in and we utilized the fire pit as well for evening chats. The property was clean and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions that I had prior to our stay!

Great weekend getaway

Quiet, family friendly resort. Owners were helpful and accommodating when we rented a pontoon. Fun to have extras provided: kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat, charcoal for grills and wood for fire pits! Off the bike trail into Alex. About 1.5 mile walk to nearest gas station.

Gorgeous lake view and dock access

I went here with my husband and two kids (ages 5 and 7). He had a ton of fun fishing with the kids off the dock, other guests in nearby cabins were friendly, and the kids even went to out the floating trampoline in the lake. The relatively new owners Raj, his wife, and two and a half year old daughter were warm and welcoming. It's a short drive into Alexandria for food, etc.

Lake was beautiful everything was clean. We left our pontoon at the dock which was really nice. We had 5 adults and 2 children 3 and 1 year. I wouldn’t recommend anymore people than that. We drove to a different beach because a 3 year old and 1 year can’t travel down step steps for a beach. Fortunately there was a nice beach just 3 miles away. The view from our deck was beautiful! Bring towels for the bathroom, beach and kitchen.

Pretty good.

My family and I enjoyed our stay ( 2 seniors, 4 adults, 3kids- 12, 2, baby). The pros: nice view of lake. Large open living space. Nice kitchen. Close to town for supply runs. The cons: previous owners names/contact info posted in property, minimal towels provided, no beach towels as stated in listing, very weedy beach area, owners chemically treated for weeds our last day there and did not tell us the water was off limits (thankfully another resort guest told me before I let my kids go in the water), minimal parking (listing states ample parking). Overall we had a good time.
