Escape to Romance: Discover Your Serene Retreat at Lake Victoria's Cozy Cabin

Welcome to your cozy spot near peaceful Lake Victoria! This cute cabin, with two bedrooms, is nestled in Alexandria's Chain of Lakes. Surrounded by nature's beauty, it's a comfy place to stay.

In the mornings, wake up to the sun shining on the lake outside your window. The cabin has everything you need, including space for four people to sleep. It's like being at a resort, but you also get your own private space, making it a peaceful oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This cabin has amazing views and lots of fun things to do. You can use your own dock, and we provide paddle boards, a canoe, and kayaks for free. If you want more fun, you can rent fishing boats and a pontoon. Just ask us to save them for you ahead of time.

Kids will love the play area, sandy beach, water trampoline, and the fire ring where you can roast marshmallows under the stars.

If you enjoy fishing, Lake Victoria has plenty of Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Bluegill.

This cabin was great for a weekend stay in the area. The cabin is small but had everything we needed, bedding, towels, kitchen, Smart TV, and a good heater. We loved the close proximity to the water and the gorgeous view. We would definitely return.

It was the perfect cabin for a quick solo getaway. The weather was great and the view was spectacular. It did the trick as a place to relax and unwind.

Great communication with host. There were 4 of us that stayed. It was a bit tight, but doable. Loved using the kayaks, and having the cabin right on the lake. Absolutely beautiful. Would stay here again.

It was ok. As long as you understand this place is small. Loved the deck out front. But everything needs work. The chairs had lots of stains so we put a blanket on it. As someone else said the bathroom door doesn’t shut. Everything is pretty rustic. We brought our own pots and pans and used those .I had heard there are plans to rebuild all new cabins so for the price it was good. We did not expect an updated placeLoved the view on deck. Hosts were great!

Girls Getaway

Two besties met halfway for a girls weekend. Close to Alexandria and all it has to offer. The Boathouse was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the beautiful fall colors on the lake. Host was available by phone and let me know that by a phone call before I checked in. Everything was easy and I would not hesitate to book again. In fact my friend even said we need to do this again.

Cozy Getaway

We stayed here while in town for hockey and we were beyond satisfied! Not only was it a quick, easy drive to the hockey rink, it was the perfect place to wind down and relax during the weekend events! Our youngest daughter enjoyed the playground while our oldest was thrilled with the paddle boat and water trampoline access. Overall, great experience and we hope to be back soon!

Great little resort

The boathouse cabin was super cozy and perfect for a small family. Resort and cabin were clean with full amenities. The cabin deck is a great place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Enjoyed the convenience of our stay and will definitely be considering another trip there.

The property was perfect. Very small and cozy. Beautiful view of the lake and sunrise from the deck which is literally almost over the water. Hope to stay there again next year!

Family Friendly

It was the perfect little getaway with our young kids. Our 4 and 5 year old enjoyed the park area and the onsite paddle boats.

Great fishing in a tiny cabin

The cabin was very small. The property manager was great, he brought a fan and worked to unthaw the a/c. There was a very nice fish cleaning cabin as well.

Relaxing

Sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of the lake was relaxing. However, the boathouse really needs to be totally rebuilt not just a cosmetic fix.

Nice little getaway

This unit was above the boathouse and refitted for guests but was a nice and comfortable 2 bedroom unit literally overlooking the lake. Bathroom was a little tight but there are definitely worse and with the location in town and view of Victoria I’d definitely recommend for those wanting to just relax at the lake. Plus it’s on the chain of lake with tons of good fishing spots. Absolutely worth the price, just make sure to visit Travelers for breakfast while you’re in town! Not a paid advertisement, we just love the place.
