Keith was wonderful, he accommodated my family. The house was very clear and organized and had everything that you needed. All you needed to do was bring your own food. The Wi-Fi was excellent . The parking was excellent. Thank you so much, Keith.

Was really happy with the house. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable. Keith did a great job at communicating and getting back to us promptly when we had a question about the house. Our kids loved the triple bunk and pool toys.

Fantastic vacation home!

This home was fantastic for our stay in Havasu. Everything was perfect upon arrival, clean and super comfortable. Great pool and yard for hanging with the family. Highly recommend this home and will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Pool Home!

Our family stayed for a week and loved the accommodations. This house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed or could ask for. The owner/property manager was very nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect getaway!

It was exactly as described!! The owner was not only easy to contact but was also hospitable and flexible. Plenty of sleeping for 9 adults and the pool was the perfect finish to the day after getting off the lake!

Pleasant Stay

Our stay was overall Amazing. Very clean, comfortable and the owner was very helpful and so Kind. We needed to request a late check out and owner gladly granted the request with no extra charge! Very family friendly with all the accommodations you need! Highly recommend this home for your next trip out to Lake Havasu, I know this will be our go to house for future stays.

Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed this home, very clean and cozy. After a long day on the river there’s nothing like coming home to a fresh pool and kicking your feet up as you sink into the living room couch. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Keith for Sharing your home.

The best!

Nothing but the best from the property to the hostess. A lovely house! Clean property , comfy beds and a Private backyard with a great pool. All in all great place for some family fun. The hostess Keith was great! Good communication and was so generous to allow me to do a early check-in. It was a great stay, My family had a wonderful time.

Havasu Summer

Had a great time with the family this trip. The house is very clean and cozy.....beds were very comfortable and AC works great which helped us relax in the 115 degree heat. House was so nice we skipped our 2nd day on the lake and spent it at the house and pool. Would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

Have a Happy Stay in Lake Havasu

The home was all one could ask to spend time with family. Everything was furnished. The house was tastefully and imaginatively decorated. The lighted landscaping was beautiful. We all enjoyed the large map. The activities of Lake Havasu can keep the guests occupied. Great house for a family visit.

Havasu weekday stay

This property is so beautiful. Great living room area where everyone can gather comfortably. Huge tv with great sound. Rooms were very clean and lots of extra storage space. Loved the towel hangers throughout the house made it easy for everyone to hang their stuff. Pool is very clean and water was perfect for night swimming. We enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely will be looking to rent this property on our next trip out to havasu

Amazing Havasu Getaway

Our group was so impressed with this property! It is not only beautiful inside but super functional for a group of 7. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and barbequing after a long day at the lake. We loved that it has a grocery store (Smith's) not far from the property and that it was also close to shops, London Bridge, and the lake. It was also great to be able to park in the garage to keep the car out of the sun! Keith always responded quickly and kindly. We loved our stay and want to come back in the future!
