Avalon Oasis with Pool/Spa, 4 Bedrooms, Private Casita, Close to Lake!

This home is new to the rental scene and is equipped with ALL NEW EVERYTHING... furniture, kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware, towels/linens, washer/dryer, TV's and refrigerator. Ceiling fans are in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and family room. The Master bedroom has a cal king size bed, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with a full top and full on the bottom. All bedrooms include USB ports and flat screen televisions. Guest bathroom includes a full bath with shower/tub combination. The detached casita has a cal king size bed with attached bathroom and kitchenette area equipped with a coffee station, microwave, sink and mini fridge. All bedrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with sofa and 75" 4K Smart TV with cable. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Kitchen includes a pantry stocked with a blender, toaster, waffle maker, cooking spices, and baking ingredients. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar that can sit an additional 4 people. Additional amenities include HIGH speed Internet and great Wifi, water softener and RO system.

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked and in a great location. Everything appeared to be clean and in working condition. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub was a huge hit and the pool would have been great if the weather would have been nicer. Definitely would stay here again.

Could not say enough good things about this property and the absolute ease of booking and accommodating our boating lifestyle. I could go on and on. 28’ nordic heat fit effortlessly in the driveway. We had 4 adults so each couple got their own suite between the master and the casita. Kids stayed in the bunk beds with their own bath. It was great! Thank you!!!

Gilbert’s Birthday!

This place was amazing close to everything. The house was very clean and the pool was awesome. My grandkids loved this house. And the guest house was awesome. Having that attached to hear made it so much easier especially when you have your parents with you.

The Avalon Oasis is truly an oasis. The Casita was a great separate place for a member that needed to do some remote work. the main house was well organized and complete with everything we needed. including plenty of space for sleeping. I would definitely recommend to anyone

So impressed with this house and the hospitality. The house was very clean with top notch furnishings. The patio, pool, and spa were all great. We truly appreciated the pantry stocked with seasonings, paper plates, napkins, etc. The hosts really went the extra mile by stocking the drawers with extra toothbrushes, razors, and aftersun lotion! Seriously probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in!

Home away from Home

Absolute best place we have stayed at. I’m usually an over packer due to my toddler but this home had it all! To save my sanity I will love to stay at this home again bc it had it all.Place was super clean , very spacious and kids loved the pool. Host was very friendly and responded quicklyLooking forward to stay at this home again this summer! Absolute MUST!!!

2nd Time Around

This is our 2nd time at the Avalon Oasis. It's as good as we remembered, very clean, extremely well organized and well stocked with all necessary supplies. A nice touch is they added a large rolling cooler for the patio area, as well as a portable cooler which comes in handy if you are renting a boat! The casita is a very nice benefit as well if you have guest visiting!

Bachelor party

This is an amazing property to get away to, the pool and hot tub made for a great day to hang out by with friends. The location is great as it’s not too far from the lake, grocery stores, and bars. I contacted the owners a couple times as it is kinda of a smart house and the response was very quick. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Great place to stay!!!

I would highly recommend this home. The house was stocked with everything that we needed, super clean and the hosts were exceptional and communication with us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and plenty of areas to get out and walk or go to the park that has pickle ball courts. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

Just returned home from our trip to Lake Havasu. Our stay at the Avalon Oasis was absolutely perfect! We went on a family vacation with our 2 children, their spouses, and our 4 granddaughters, ages 3 to 8, 10 of us in all. Everyone had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in, plenty of room to spread out, or be together. The Paul’s were very attentive, making sure everything was working perfectly. We so appreciated that, they were awesome hosts and the home was absolutely perfect!

Relaxing Getaway with No Worries

We walked into a beautiful home that was very clean. Everything was wonderful from the great location, to the relaxing pool and spa just outside the door! Pickle ball courts close by, driving distance to London bridge and so much more.

Fantastic place

Girls Golf trip

We came to Lake Havasu for a golf tournament. Six of us stayed here, we all loved it. It is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We were gone during the day at the golf course but we used the hot tub to relax in the evening and played games after. Everything worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend this property. Always peaceful

I have stayed at this property 5 times now which means IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS. This house is just so beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is centrally located to everything that you may need. The backyard is a great spot to watch the sunset. If you have any questions the owners respond within a reasonable time. I can go on and on about this house. I just know that every time I’m in Havasu this is where I want to be!!

Amazing stay

Would 100% recommend this house. It was super clean and had everything you would need. The communication with the owners was the best I’ve ever experienced. It was close to the river and the London bridge. Great neighborhood. We had an amazing stay!
