Located in the famous city of South Lake Tahoe, this beautiful and spacious home pairs a charming natural aesthetic with unparalleled luxury and comfort. The home resides in a quiet, wooded setting surrounded by forest pines, giving guests privacy to relax during their stay. Enjoy the location being close to golf, and a quick drive away from the Lake and Heavenly Mountain Resort. There are 2 driveway and 2 garage parking spots. Kids under 6 do not count towards occupancy .

It comes equipped with 2 cozy living rooms - one with a gas fireplace surrounded by a river rock casing and a comfortable couch that encloses the space for warm comfort. The other consists of a new ottoman, a small fireplace, and a large Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu).

The home's cathedral ceilings bring beams of natural light through Tahoes national forests while the softwood floors, cabinets, and trim, give the home a luxury cabin feeling. The modern kitchen maintains grey granite counters, a large breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances for guests to cook nice dinners, bake warm desserts, or enjoy a glass of wine.
The home's exterior will charm guests as the back deck houses a warm hot tub that overlooks Tahoe's beautiful forests. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxing end to their eventful day before falling asleep in one of the extravagant and comfortable bedrooms.
There are 3 TVs in this home, each equipped with Amazon Firesticks with streaming abilities. Please use your login. Cable is not provided.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
A portable AC unit is provided upon request. Please make sure to let your host know if you expect them.

We love coming to this home as a group of 12 adults to enjoy the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. Host is timely and responsive and the house is exactly what we were looking for! We have stayed here 2 times and plan to return! Great price for a large clean home!!!

This is a great house with multiple living spaces and a great location for getting to heavenly or kirkwood for skiing. Our group enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very comfortable. The only negatives were the somewhat draconian rules (no private hot tub use after 10pm), and a lack of ventilation in the open kitchen (sauteed food required open windows). Certainly not deal breakers as the home was well appointed, nicely located, and clean.

Our 2nd time having our family winter trip staying at this house. Spacious, just like pics, sides of house for kids to sled, perfect for large family gatherings. Host is very helpful and makes it an easy process to have a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

Great property. Had just an extended family trip with lots of younger children and they loved it too. They had lots of amenities and the location was perfect for us. Host was available all the time and kept up communication which itself deserved 5 stars. Thank you again and I hope you find more of your properties.

Great Stay

This adults only trip was great! We had a lot of space, house was clean, bedding was nice (and I'm picky about bedding), host was very responsive on questions we had. I personally slept in the bottom level and it was warm and cozy. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Wonderful house for weekend with friends!

My friends and I stayed at this house for a chill weekend of hanging out and hiking, and we all loved the house! It was so clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the full kitchen and hot tub.

We had a family reunion and rented this home and another nearby, and we had such a wonderful time! The home had everything we needed, was very roomy, offered entertainment for the whole family, and was close to everything. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful family home, location perfect!

Breathtaking views from all sides of this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was functional, loved the extra family essentials, that was a plus. We would love to go back during summer months.

5 Stars - A Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful home! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable.Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout. The location was perfect - 17 minutes to Heavenly Village and 12 minutes to Camp Richardson where we enjoyed the beach. I truly felt at home and appreciated the little touches that made the stay special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. I would definitely book again!

Perfect layout for us

This house was a great layout for our large group. It was clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds, easy communication with property management and got quick response when small issue arose. Would stay here again

FYI, We did not use the hot tub...and there was several light bulbs out in various areas, including under counter. Also the bottom bedroom double doors to the outside we had a difficult time locking it.The upper door lock had trouble lining up properly for doors to lock.Also that bathroom has a mildew odor...perhapssince there's no fan the window is not open enough?For what it's worth: The master bedroom black out drapes are great, but it's negated by the upper windows, that have no coverings which allows lots of light to come in when it's morning. Similar situation in the bottom bedroom.Could not play ping pong because one of the net supports is missing/broken.Just some suggestions if you are interested in fine tuning things....of course nothing that would stop us from renting again as we had a GREAT TIME revisiting our old neighborhood. And THANK YOU so much for letting us check in early, it was a big help and allowed us to still ave some of the day left. In turn We made sure we checked out early ( 9am ) to allow your people in .

Girls weekend

Wonderful stay short travel to the lake. We started out with 14, but ended up with 9 and that was a good thing because it would have felt a little crowded with all 14. But the house was very comfortable and clean
