One Bedroom flat 1 block from Beach & 3 blocks from Washington Square

This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square (main shopping district)! Outdoor dining table located on the wraparound porch outside of the unit, which is on the first floor. Beautiful decor, including two stained glass windows in the front of the unit, adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore.
This unit is perfect for a small family (sleeps 4) with 1 bedroom, pull out couch, and comfortable kitchen and living area. The full kitchenette allows for an eat in option on those days when you just want to hang in and relax. The bedroom has a queen size bed and is attached to the updated bathroom. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection, sofa, chair, and dining room table and 4 chairs. Two wonderful screen doors allow the ocean breeze to flow through the unit, making a relaxing area after a day at the beach.
For your convenience bed linens and bathroom towels are included. We also stock the unit with enough of your basic necessities to get your stay started. The outdoor shower makes clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance!!I

Beautiful spot to relax!

We had a great stay during the off-season. Great location for taking walks to shopping, meals, beach, or just to see the lovely setting. Sweetly decorated. Walls are a little thin, but not a big issue for us and common in old-style homes - worth it for the setting!

Great Spot!!

My fault was that all of the emails went to my office, which I had no access to. I hope I didn't cause any issues. But from start to finish, all was VERY nice, and I will most definitely return!

Quiet getaway????

The property is charming on the outside and located close the beach and town. However, I was hoping for a quiet get-away with a friend and unfortunately, this house has multiple units and paper thin walls. We could barely talk over the running and chatter of other tenants in unit above. The appliances in the unit were old, the walls needed painting, and towels too small to dry yourself after showering. Generally, the unit was not worth the cost.

Cape May Delight!!

We had an absolutely delightful time at this charming little apartment. It was just perfect for 3 adults and 1 small child. My favorite things were the location, the porch and the outdoor shower. We parked the car and never had to get in it again until we left! No problem finding near-by parking! Property owners were available and very responsive. Our 3 year old grandson had a little accident and the owners were very understanding! Thank you Elisa and Chris...we hope to be back!

The property was great along with a fantastic location! Block away from the beach. Old house in the historic district, so only so much you can do about some noises walking in the house. Read reviews saying you could hear neighbors, which really was not the case. Updated, clean, and quiet with plenty of room for our stay. Was always able to find a parking spot within a block of the house during mid season.

Beautiful home!

First, I will say the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was much more beautiful in person. We originally wanted a 2BR but settled for the 1BR because that’s all that was available. We were a bit nervous about space as it’s me and my 3 daughters (along with our parrot and small dog). What could have been a really cramped space turned out to be much roomier than I had anticipated. The high ceilings, pretty furnishings and beautiful details made this place really special. Host was always easy to contact and eager to answer questions. Would definitely book again!!!!

Wonderful visit!

Our first stay in Cape May was very enjoyable! This charming Victorian house top floor unit has all of the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The short walks to the beach, local shops and restaurants were so convenient. Our private deck made for special morning coffee time together and cuddles with our dog. We had the pleasure of meeting Elisa and Chris who were wonderful to talk to and quick to help with any questions along the way. Looking forward to planning another visit in the future!

Great location, but you can hear everything from other units.

Let me first say that this is an absolutely perfect location. You are one block away from the beach and just a few blocks away from the cute shopping area. Just perfect. The apartment itself is cute. The bed is OK but the pullout couch was awful. Very uncomfortable and noisy. Get a blowup mattress if you plan to bring more than two people. The worst part is that because this is an old Cape May house, you can hear everything in the apartment from the above units. This is a first-floor unit. If it were just me and my husband, this would have been fine, but we have our twins with us, and it was too small of a place and too noisy when you're trying to put them to bed.

Comfortable space in a great location

Comfortable and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Quick walk to the beach, and walkable to all the shops along the Washington Street Mall area as well as to restaurants near the water.
