Begin your Northern Arizona Adventure in our 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Rustic Mountain Retreat. Our home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Boulder Pointe, one of Flagstaffs most coveted neighborhoods. Escape the heat in the summers with our central A/C. Keep warm by the gas fireplace after your winter activities. Unwind in the soaking tub after a full day of fun, spend quality time with family or friends in the large living room, or relax and binge watch your favorite Netflix or Hulu Live shows on one of 4 TV's. There are two bedrooms with King beds, and two bedrooms with Queen beds all with their own attached bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the covered front porch or sip coffee next to the fire pit on a chilly evening, subject to seasonality. Located within minutes to Northern Arizona University and Downtown. Shopping is within a mile.

Location was close to everything and very comfortable. My only peeve were the showers, such a property should think about investing in glass shower doors, curtains are not that hygienic.Otherwise beautiful place.

This property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The 4 ensuites were perfect for our family of 5. There are numerous restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Flagstaff Home

Laurie's hose is lovely and exactly as described. Clean, well appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood. The location is a great base to visit Sedona, the Grand Canyon and attractions like Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory, Bearizona etc. Lot's of local restaurant options and grocery stores etc are all close by. Our family had a wonderful time there and would certainly recommend this house.

Gorgeous home in beautiful mountain country side. Very cozy but very elegant.. was a perfect way to spend a quick ski vacay. Laurie, the hostess, was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions

We booked this home to come for the North Pole Experience and was so happy when entering the home that it was decorated for Christmas! The whole house was cozy, roomy and clean! The attention to the little details was noticed and appreciated. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place to Stay!

We had the BEST Thanksgiving at the Rustic Farmhouse!! The home is super cozy, clean and attention to detail was impeccable. We were two families of 4 and there was plenty of room to cook, play games and spend time together. The appliances were high end, which really made a difference in cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Laurie was so nice and incredibly easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I first traveled to Flagstaff to visit with my mother when she moved to Arizona in 1979. I loved the pine forests and the lack of mosquitos. But when I drove down through Oak Creek Canyon, I was truly sold on the area for it's diverse geography and the friendly people. Boulder Pointe is one of those subdivisions that is situated close to everything, yet is in an area all it's own. It is one of my favorite places to live.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We custom built this home uniquely for short term vacation rental stays. It was important that each guest had a bathroom attached to each bedroom. That the street was a dead end without busy traffic. The home was designed to convey comfort and relaxation. It makes a great base for exploring all that Northern Arizona has to offer, from The Grand Canyon to South through Oak Creek Canyon to Sedona, West to Williams and East to Winslow, North to Page and Antelope Canyon. There is the mining town of Jerome, and many local restaurants and breweries to choose from. We have year round activities and miles of forest to explore.
