Amazing property!

This is amazing resort style property- many pools, water slides, mini golf and activities for kids! It is also located very close to Disney springs!

We absolutely loved our two bedroom condo. The level of cleanliness is amazing! View was perfect! Can't wait to go back!

Property was amazing again this stay. Always very clean. Very kid friendly so if you are looking for an all adult stay, you may want to pick another resort. There is plenty to do whether it be relax at any of the resort pools or join a daily event or have a nice lunch outside - it’s all perfect.

A piece of Paradise

We could not be happier with our experience at Bonnet Creek! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, not a single problem. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the resort. Five of our six day stay was planned going to Disney and Universal. Next time, more relaxing and enjoying the resort amenities and activities. (Bonus, watching the Disney fireworks from our balcony every night) Tina was a professional host, addressing any questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful resort

We had a fantastic time at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek. It is a beautiful resort with lovely pools, ample hot tubs and great service. The employees at the restaurants were all helpful and friendly. We loved ordering food from our chairs at the oasis pool. The spa is wonderful although we were disappointed there was no access to the private hot tub and outdoor area for the spa. Suite was clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. Our location in tower 4 facing Disney afforded us with two fireworks shows nightly. The timeshare person called the first morning offering extra supplies, towels etc. which never materialized, likely because I clearly communicated we had no interest in purchasing. Tina is a wonderful host, both incredibly responsive and responsible.

Sept stay

Initially communication was great, however it ended there. The room was mis-booked as handicap accessible which is an issue with little ones who need a tub. The hotel staff did make the change for us but when we checked into the room it was filthy. Hair shavings all over the sink and then we ended up with construction directly above our room. No mention of construction from the host prior to booking or the hotel staff at check in. The rooms are good size and the location was fantastic but we definitely won’t be staying again. Paper thin walls, we could hear everything our neighbor was saying. I did reach out mid trip about our frustration with not being notified of the ongoing construction and got no reply from the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We really enjoyed the property, amenities and location! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated the ease of booking and communication with the owner on VRBO. Excellent!
